Maintenance Fixes Everything Quickly They are great.
I love it here at spoke, I have t had any issues since I have been a resident. They are very responsive if you need anything. I also love how they engage with residents for holiday events in the clubhouse. Very welcoming place to live! I feel safe and secure as well. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful.
They made moving in so easy and our girl Naomi was super helpful and understanding for our situation. Really stoked to live her!
Moved to Atlanta, GA with little to no information or guidance about the area and cannot compliment the Spoke and its location enough! In terms of an apartment, the amenities and facilities are always clean. Everything is incredibly accessible and I feel confident in their COVID procedures. The staff is incredibly helpful and always friendly. They really make this place feel like home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown but far enough to avoid the insane crowds. I plan to stay here for a while:)
I’ve been a resident at Spoke since March 2018 and have been very happy and at home here. Awesome location, awesome neighbors and awesome dog community! We’ve changed management a couple of times but our current staff, including maintenance have really out done themselves and seem to be on top of everything!! They are super helpful, accommodating and host fun events for the residents. Highly recommend!
I have just recently moved into the Spoke. So far it’s been a great experience. The other residents are very nice and super welcoming. On the first night someone offer my finance and I brownies. It was super sweet!!
Spoke has responsive and respectable team of staff members. I haven’t experienced any problems with maintenance. So far so good. Everything seems to be nice and clean too!
I lived here for over a year. It was a great location. Close to restaurants, bars, and my job. Great amenities, and dope apartment!

Amazing location. Right on Marta, near little 5 points and the staff is bringing LIFE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY. Recently we had Halloween karaoke and it was a hit. We greatly appreciate you guys.
This place is amazing and the staff is AWESOME! I love the underground parking and two security guards 6pm-6am. There's also lots of security cameras for extra security i love it.
I've lived at Spoke for almost 6 months and I am so happy here! The amenities are great and the staff is quick to provide assistance. The location also couldn't be better -- walking distance to so many restaurants and parks and an easy drive or MARTA ride to downtown (the MARTA is just steps away and you never hear it).
This complex was a great place to live until Waypoint took over. They care nothing about the quality of life of their residents, do little to no management of the property, allow AIRBNBs to be rented making it an unbearable living situation. You can pay premium prices elsewhere. This just isn’t the place. Inefficient management makes this a disappointing place to live.
I had been searching for an updated/new construction apartment complex in the Edgewood area for quite some time. I came across Spoke when I was out and about on a bike ride one afternoon. I spontaneously stopped in, spoke to Maurey(leasing specialist) who was super helpful and before I knew it I had leased a one bedroom apartment. I absolutely love it here! The amenities are amazing and the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are fully satisfied. Oh, and it's a walk across the bridge to Marta, which will be really convenient when the AU games start up again. Bonus!
This place is amazing in all ways! I am a firm believer in living somewhere that makes you happy and Spoke ATL makes me sincerely happy. The leasing / maintenance team is Stellar! They really care and work hard to keep residents satisfied. The apartments are beautiful! The amenities are luxurious! The area is perfect … close by restaurants, shops and many of Atlanta’s attractions. The price is affordable. If any of these things are important to you, consider moving to Spoke. I literally feel like I hit the apartment jackpot. I am so grateful. I am so happy!
