Neighborhood

Because Sherwood Forest sits within the larger neighborhood of Broadmoor, the area is often referred to together. Sherwood Forest is located between Florida Boulevard and I-12 on the southeast side of Downtown Baton Rouge. This neighborhood extends roughly from Sharp Road east to Flannery Road. It is a very close-knit residential neighborhood complete with a Citizen's Association that organizes community events, including cleanup days and neighborhood garage sales.

Defined by large trees, expansive lawns, and wide sidewalks, Sherwood Forest feels very much like a suburban community. But residents can easily reach downtown in less than 15 minutes, and Louisiana State University is just eight miles from the neighborhood. The North Sherwood Forest Community Park provides residents with 13 acres of green space and includes a walking track, a playground, picnic areas, and a fitness center.

Love Living Here

Spires of Sherwood is a nice, clean and quiet apartment community. The office staff are both friendly and professional. Maintenance is fast! Neighbors are cordial....children are well-behaved. It's a very peaceful place to live.

Awesome Staff and Amenities

I have been here for 3 yrs and Ms. Pat has been absolutely fantastic. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, my apartment is absolutely gorgeous with real wood floors and the bedroom sizes are fantastic. The location is literally minutes away from grocery, gas and shopping. It's quiet and well maintained. Great place, not too large of a complex with a family atmosphere. I highly recommend it. The cost is very much on point for the amenities. Ask for Ms. Pat, she will definitely take care of you.

Great place to live

I am a long time resident and I am very pleased living here. It's so quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is fast acting. The office staff is wonderful especially Ms. Pat! She works hard to make sure the residents are comfortable. She is kind, always has a smile on her face which makes me feel safe and confident as a resident.

I've been at Spires for years and I've noticed a big change within the past month. Ms. Pat is the best and is so understanding. She is making sure everything is getting back in order. I was going to move when my lease ends but because of her I am going to stay. The new management is really making Spires better.

Spires of Sherwood

I moved into Spires of Sherwood 2 months ago. Its a quiet area and no issues. the 3 bedroom townhome is spacious and its not bad at all. I would recommend moving in.

Awesome

To say I live in a bad neighborhood the apt. complex helps me feel safe. The apartments are spacious and they let us decorate it how we want it so we can feel at home.
