No management!!! Roaches and bugs EVERYWHERE no matter how clean your apartment is, they'll find their way inside the unit. Rats outside. Dog poop and garbage all over the complex, laundry room is always dirty, washer and dryer doesn't work it takes all your money, Maintenance fix nothing but they're quick to evict.

Roaches are everywhere I mean everywhere no matter how clean the apartment is. The dumpster is always overload with trash the smell of Marijuana lingers everywhere

We take these reviews and any such issues brought to our attention, especially those regarding pests very seriously. We ask that you reach out to our team when you are able, and they will be sure to assist you.
Upon moving in, the place seemed nice and clean. Quiet and secluded. Weeks later we noticed little things like the we couldn't read the a/c and stove knobs or the sink would squirt us in the face. Then, roaches starting appearing. The maintenance staff has been very proactive in fixing certain issues.
