The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Spectra at Plantation
When you call, they never pick up the phone. They are rarely in the office when you try to see them to speak with them. On Saturday, the hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There was no one there when I arrived at 10:40 a.m. On this day, the office was never opened. There was no communication stating that they would be closing, and no one answered the phone. According to reviews, you are not permitted to use the gym. I had no idea they had one. (Has spent two years here.) The pool has never seemed to be open since I've been here. When you move in, they don't even give you information or an explanation of the amenities. The card they provided me hasn't worked from the first day, therefore I've never been able to use their laundry facilities. when I attempted to obtain a new one, they told I would have to call the 3rd party company to have the card fixed because I couldn't get a new one. When I moved in, I never got this card. When I asked a neighbor how to use the laundry room, she informed me that I needed a card. When I first came here, no one informed me of this.
This place is horrible. The office does not care about you. All they care about is money. people park in your assigned parking spot. The apartments are disgusting by the appearance inside and with roaches, you’re paying for pest control. They tell you to just buy roach spray. All of the so-called amenities are never working, just like the laundry, the pool is always closed because people there messing it up for others. They won’t let you go in the gym. It’s a waste of time and people who don’t live there. Park in people spots and nothing is ever done for the amount of money they’re asking you to pay in that area is not worth it , don’t waste your time !
I applied for an apartment and something need to be fixed on the application but everytime I called the office you never get an answer and then I schedule a tour and they canceled it a day before they are not worth it
This place is roach infested badly!!!!So much crime activity, police every single day, drug trafficking, shooting, loud music every weekend, on top of homeless people and prostitutes, you won't be able to live in peace, top of that the AC constantly was breaking, we literally had no AC for a whole week, on top of that there was a plumbing issue and they had to shut the water off, it was just too much! but if you want to deal with it, good luck trying to call the office because no one ever answers the phone.

I’ve been calling for the past week and no one has answered phone at all. How are you suppose to get more information about a unit or schedule a visit if there’s no one in the office to pick up. On website it says by appointments but where do you book appointments if the number provided doesn’t work.

The management office was very helpful through the whole process. They were running a zero deposit special so I only had to pay my first month's rent to move in! The apartment came with new appliances and flooring, I'm very pleased.

The staff with the new management company are really turning this place around. They transferred me to an updated apartment with all new interior since my old apartment was out dated.

I PUT $1,800.00. DEPOSIT AFTER I SAW THE MODEL. ONCE I RECEIVED THE KEY TO MOVE IN, THE APARTMENT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATION. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK, THE MANAGER REFUSED AND KEPT THE $1800.00. THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE,CLOGED BATHTUB,ROACHES, AND BROKEN TILES. A LOT OF BREAK-INS / BURGLARIES ARE GOING ON AT THAT PLACE. THERE ARE DRUG TRAFFICKING IN THE PARKING LOT, SHOOTING IN THE NIGHT CAUSED A YOUNG MAN TO LOSE HIS LIFE. PEOPLE ARE HANGING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT NONSTOP. IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT RENTING THERE PLEASE DON'T TO AVOID TROUBLE AND HAVE A PEACE OF MIND.
The area seems to be tranquil at the time of the review but at times you might see cops patrolling the area. The main problem at these apartments are the washer and dryer which are broken at times and still takes your money un top of that the room smells like urine! The steps also are flakey and seem to be coming off (they do wash them every month). Other than that it's OK i guess....
