Property Ratings at Southwind

Poor Communication
Sent an email stating that we would not be extending our lease over sixty days before our lease was to end. They were conveniently "understaffed" and never got it until a second one was put in. Then they said we put it in too late and were going to charge us for an extra month plus a $100 month-to-month fee.
