The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Southridge Commons
Poor communication from landlord to tenant. The living space was nice but I would not recommend this place due to the headache of interacting with management. I paid my rent on time etc. and was still burned by them in the end. I had even recommended my friends to move there, and they are experiencing issues with management as well. If I had to do it again, I would've chose somewhere else to stay, the management is very unprofessional.
I was charges for dates after my lease ended. My mail was stolen by some residents and I complained to management and they did nothing. The office is barely open. Should I continue? I would not suggest living there!
I love living at Southridge. This place is perfect for dog owner. There are no breed or size restrictions, which is awesome. The manager is great, she is very responsive to emails, calls, and requests.
This is a great place to live. It is quiet, secluded, but close to everything!
