Southpoint is a shopper's paradise, home to the popular Streets at Southpoint Mall. Residents from all over Durham head to this mall to shop its stores: Nordstrom, Belk, Sur La Table, Crate and Barrel, Apple, and Lilly Pulitzer are all located here. The mall also offers a movie theater and a variety of restaurants. Nearby strip malls contain even more shops and restaurants. Of course, shopping isn't the only reason to love Southpoint -- this neighborhood is located along I-40 for fast commutes to Research Triangle Park, roughly four miles east.
Continue on I-40 to quickly access the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Downtown Raleigh, and North Carolina State University. Downtown Durham is about six miles north, ideal for commuting into the city or to Duke University. Chapel Hill is also nearby -- just seven miles west via I-40. With so much just around the corner from Southpoint, this perfectly-located neighborhood is a great place to call home.

Staff and maintenance Team are great to work with, however, they can only do what they are allowed to do. These items above are directed to upper management team for discussion. For this reason, it's very difficult to recommend Southpoint Glen to friends as a place to live.

Southpoint Glenn is Quiet and peaceful. Clean and always maintained.Individiuals who work in the main office are always warm and friendly and responds to tenants with the utmost care. Terrible flooring! Terrible service from maintenance, no microwave comes with the place, overcharging for the property! Staff in the office is awesome ! Animals living under my apartment and the smell is coming through the cheap paper tile that looks like wall paper was put on the floor is coming up from under my house to the inside so I cant entertain guest let alone relax in my own apartment comfortably and so so much more

Southpoint Glen is an apartment complex located in the perfect location! With it being 10 minutes away from Southpoint Mall and 20 minutes away from downtown Durham, it's the perfect place to reside. The staff is very easy to work with and make living at Southpoint Glen enjoyable.

I like living at Southpoint Gen because it is central to shopping, walk/bike trail, clean and quiet. Also, beautifully upgraded exterior painting makes it feel more welcoming.

We did not pay for pest control & all the other items attached to our rent! The figure we are given as our rent , shouldnt hsve additions that raise it up to be approximately $90 each month. This is very hard on Senior Citizens on a fixed income!

Southpoint Glen is an excellent apartment community to live in. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond their job descriptions and the apartment itself was clean upon move in with limited issues. The Southpoint Glen is a wonderful place for living. The apartments are good. It is quite close to the American Tobacco trail. The neighbors are friendly. The office staff are professional, friendly and helpful.

I have lived in this small Paradise for about 4yrs now, and love it. As a mid 60s woman, it's very quiet, safe, and very convenient to everything. Highway, major roads, shopping e.t.c. It's a waterfront ( back up to a small body of water). I love living here.

Southpoint is a nice, quiet community. Due to COVID we havent been able to use the amenities. The trash/auto area is horrible.

Management used to be great. All of my concerns were answered in a timely manner. Once greystar took over, management went down hill. Wide open spaces where pets could be walked have craters where construction vehicles drove through. Some of the glass from window replacements can still be found in the grass.

Great property, grounds are nice and clean, close to the American Tobacco Trail and Southpoint Mall. The staff is great and responsive as is Maintenance.

I loved living here! After having moved here, I've had very good cooperation with management band other tenents. The Apts. are centrally located and very convenient to shopping, dining medical facilities etc.

Southpoint Glen is an overall nice place to live. The front desk staff are friendly and I like that they allow dogs and are in a good location. Subtle improvements to the fitness center and landscaping would be a big benefit!
