Fianna Hills is a cozy residential neighborhood on the south end of Fort Smith, roughly forming a triangle between Interstate 540, Highway 71, and Cedar Creek. Fianna Hills Country Club serves as the most prominent landmark and offers a terrific venue for golf, tennis, swimming, or just a great meal.
Jenny Lind Avenue is home to several popular neighborhood mainstays: Ava’s Place is a great spot to grab a drink and catch a live band, Butcher Block serves up the freshest choice cuts in town, and Geno’s Pizza offers a low-key atmosphere for a casual bite to eat. Most of the community is filled with suburban single-family homes, although numerous apartments, condos, and duplexes can be found on the west side near the Interstate, allowing you to easily reach the city center and beyond.

Property Ratings at Southpoint Apartments
Recently Southpoint was taken over by a management company solely interested in profit. They maintain the essentials but the buildings themselves are becoming more and more dilapidated. They attempted to increase my rent by $70 without explaining the math behind it. Essentially, they gave me a Notice to Vacate because I questioned their greed.
