Fianna Hills is a cozy residential neighborhood on the south end of Fort Smith, roughly forming a triangle between Interstate 540, Highway 71, and Cedar Creek. Fianna Hills Country Club serves as the most prominent landmark and offers a terrific venue for golf, tennis, swimming, or just a great meal.

Property Ratings at Southpoint Apartments
Recently Southpoint was taken over by a management company solely interested in profit. They maintain the essentials but the buildings themselves are becoming more and more dilapidated. They attempted to increase my rent by $70 without explaining the math behind it. Essentially, they gave me a Notice to Vacate because I questioned their greed.
