Property Ratings at Southmoor Hills
Roach infested. Cats are everywhere. Fraudulent behavior from management. One of their workers (who handles ssn, birth certificates etc) was convicted of fraud. Please do not waste your time or hard earned money. Management really should make some serious changes. This place is deplorable.
very dirty and office isnt helpful and when theirs a problem they act like it was your fault and the police wont even come here when called. this place is a very trashy place and moldy and they said they just put in washers and dryers but they dont even work so save your time and money.
The compartments contain one or two bedroom one or two bathrooms one living room 1 kitchen all the utilities except for electric is covered in your rent two small community parks one community computer lab there are no washers and dryers in the units but theres a laundry system in the complex (takes money) one phone jack and cable port in all the rooms is very local to some store and a school right across from it
