Después de una larga búsqueda del lugar más indicado para vivir definitivamente Southgate cumplió con nuestras expectativas del hogareño sitio k anhelábamos *10/10* y cuando doy una evaluación como esta lo hago de una manera generalizada teniendo en cuenta que encuentras buenos precios y calidad tranquilidad confort buenos servicios de mantenimiento unas vistas acogedoras,piscina en el lugar un gym increíbles parques para niños y mascotas un espacio para k tus pedidos de paquetería estén bajo control eso sin hablar de la seguridad de cámaras k hay por todo el establecimiento y el sistema tan protector de alarmas al entrar a tu hogar que se activa de inmediato sino eres el residente del apto ,AMO la experiencia tan acogedora de HOGAR que hemos encontrado aquí !!!!! No creo valorar en tiempos futuros la idea de vivir en otro sitio simplemente este es mi lugar perfecto !!!
Fantastic place to live, I never had an issue and interactions were pleasant. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and without much if any interference, the maintenance staff were friendly as well. I would highly recommend Southgate for anybody looking for an apartment in the area, was the best renting experience I have had thus far.

I have loved every minute of living here. I will be moving closer to work when my lease ends just to cut down the commute.

I love how safe I feel here. The apartments are also huge compared to the Apex, that is brand new, the kitchens are alot smaller here but the bedrooms and bathrooms and livingroom is alot larger than them. The girls at the office are super nice and always eager to help. They keep the grounds very clean, though I wish there was more grass in front of my building but that's so small compared to the great and safe place we live in. You could walk your pets at midnight and it's very safe and well lit at night. Also, they are extremely prompt when it comes to maintenance, the maintenance guy is so awesome and friendly and helpful! The price is perfect for the huge apartments and beautiful pool and very clean gym and the gorgeous tennis court with a basketball court as well! And they even have a cute dog park for our furry family members! And they provide the community with pet waste bags and baskets which encourage pet owners to pick up after their pets! We also rent a garage space here, which is very helpful with apartment living. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!....Rob and Virginia Appleby.

Very nice apartments with a modern look and light gray paint, ours has new plush carpet throughout and nice wood look flooring in entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. There's lots of storage space and all of the closets and pantry have nice wire shelving. I loved that the apartment came with newer model (standard) washer and dryer. The office staff have been great and Shelby is exceptional and was very easy to work with. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond when you have an issue that shouldn't wait, even if it's not an emergency. Great staff all around!

The staff is very friendly & easy to get ahold of. They have an on site officer for any safety concerns and provide a variety of things to do including a pool, dog park and basketball/tennis court.

I truly do love living here. It's such a nice scenery and close to everything. My favorite feature is how open everything is, including the view from my balcony. It's peaceful!

I was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant living at Southgate Landing is! The residents and staff are all very friendly and noise levels are minimal for such a large complex.
I have no issues with the company itself but the staff here sucks. Everytime I have a leak on my apartment I call the main number since trying to get ahold of these people is impossible and the company maintaince actually tries to fix the problem not bandaid it. The air filter for my heating and air unit, they still wont order the ones that fit it. They keep saying they will but never do. I'm one of 2 apartments that takes the smaller filters so I'm not important enough.
Best priced 1 bedroom apartments in Louisville! The complex is always clean and the neighbors are always pleasant. I could not ask for more and I would recommend them to everyone I care about.
Living at Southgate Landing is ok. While the apartments themselves are spacious and have a modern look and feel to them, I really dislike the pet policy and how it isn't mandated or enforced for pet owners to clean up after their pets.
I like it here, its peaceful and quiet. The office staff does their best for my needs. Excellent parking. My maintenance concerns are taken care of immediately.
Location is great, staff is polite and helpful when you are able to get them to address your needs. Had some issues like a bird nest in the dryer duct go unresolved for months. Neighbors are allowed to pile there trash outside their door despite multiple complaints.

Southgate Landing is an incredible and affordable place to live. The staff here really take care of not just the land and buildings but their residents as well. I couldn't ask for a nicer, safer place to call home.

The staff at Southgate Manor are very professional and courteous. They do their best to answer all concerns in a timely manor. Wish the apartments were a tad cheaper but the location is perfect.
Experience ok so far, few maintenance issues from move in date with fixture not over light in closet, tub not cleaned...wouldve took days before cleaned which i couldnt wait because i needed to shower so i had to clean it myself. For the price to live here, I wouldve expected the service to be above average. Could be better. No discounts when brought up,

It's clean, it's close to amenities, it's close to work. Southgate Manor is more adult oriented which is my preference.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone, the community is awful. The apartments a far overpriced for the materials that are used in the apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful but maintenance is subpar at best.
As a long-term resident I am still extremely happy here at Southgate and proud to call this home!!

I am a long time resident here at Southgate and hopefully I will be able to remain here for many years to come. The staff here is terrific to say the least!!!
Other than occasional slow response with maintenance, and tenants refusing to follow instructions (pushing the 4 digit code) when dropping off their garbage, my experience has been very good. I would recommend Southgate Landing to anybody.

Apts are very nice.
Please figure out a way to curve noise pollution. It is my only complaint. You can hear every move neighbors make. Constantly awaken by loud music and muffler systems from cars at all hours. Its exhausting. Quiet enjoyment is horrible here.
I have been living here for 2 years now. Its a beautiful community and I really enjoy the pool and my balcony. Everyone is so nice from the office staff tot he maintenance personnel. The package center is a lifesaver! I love this feature. I can order items and ship to home without worrying about someone taking it. Really a nice community close to everything.
I have been living in this community since 2017. The apartment itself is nice, maintenance has been expedient in responding to issues, shopping and eateries are close by. However, I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone who values peace and sleep. The noise level is unbearable and little action is ever taken to fix the issue. If you complain, you will get a speech about this being a multifamily apartment complex. You may get offered another unit but it will change your contract and the amount you currently pay for rent. The courtesy officer never responds. I dont believe he/she exists. You are basically at the mercy of non emergency services. It's no way to live especially for the price. Other complexes I have lived in would fine residents for the noise violations at some point. Here that is not the case. You will hear every dog bark, every car driving through with loud music, whatever your neighbors do upstairs, etc. Please heed the reviews on noise and look elsewhere. I wish I did.
The scenery is nice to come home to every day from work. The staff are very responsive and requests are answered quickly. Easy access to groceries and fast food if needed. Never had a problem here.
I probably put in service requests that can probably be handled by me, but because I'm a woman (my excuse for everything, hehe) I like to do as little as possible when it comes to handy things - I fell like I may break something. I could probably buy a ladder or borrow one from my parents to change the smoke detector batteries, but I take advantage that the maintenance men are so nice, that my service requests do not feel as silly as they used to. The pool area is always clean, the grass is always taken care of during the Spring, Summer and early Fall, the gym and business center are my favorite but my apartment is home. WalMart, Kroger, Kohls and other major retailers are within walking distance as well as restaurants, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, but most importantly my daughter's school is only a 5 minute drive. I usually speak to Tori but Shelby the apartment manager has been a good communicator when I have needed her.

The first time I walked into the office at Avana Southgate Apartments everyone in their was friendly and helpful. At that time I was in desperate need of finding something quick and they made it their priority to meet all my needs. Since I have been here the service has been exceptional including maintenance ability to fix issues in a timely manner. I have recommended friends and family to rent a apartment here and they love everything about it.
Good landscaping and efficient management. Friendly office staffs. They are not too formal which is a plus. Responsive maintenance crew on request. Some tenants can improve their behavior in terms of littering, driving and parking on premises.
Pros: The apartment comes with a washer and dryer and the front office is nice. They will help you with apartment issue fast. And they help with rent. Cons:Please watch out for dog waste and also there is only on dumpster which is in the front. I
Avana southgate apartment homes in Louisville is a very underrated apartment! They are incredible! With a pool, gym, basketball and tennis courts! Large apartment sizes with garages! They have a multitude of competitors in the same neighborhood, however Avana is the best bang for your buck! However, no place is perfect. As such, some of the issues I've had have been noisy neighbors and it can be hard to reach the leasing office phone from time to time. In closing, to get anything better than Avana southgate apartment homes, you better be prepared to pay for it!
