Property Ratings at Southern Oaks
Management is on top of everything. Any maintenance needed gets handled very quickly. Any questions or concerns for the office they are quick to handle it. No problem with pests, laid back community, and upkeep on the property is taken very seriously. Would recommend!
Worst place to rent from. Management does not answer emails and charged me half a month of rent after I moved out the previous month. They are very unprofessional and do nothing to resolve issues.
From the moment I booked a apartment tour to me being accepted . It went by so smoothly. BETHANY WAS TOP TIER. She was very patient with you even helped me with my application. I can not wait to start my journey at Southern Oaks . It was my only apartment tour I had went to and Bethany seal the deal with me coming to Souther Oaks .
