Situated near the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri rivers, Williston has been booming for centuries. It was a gathering place for the earliest people of the plains and a rendezvous point for fur traders and explorers. Today, Williston is home to Bakken Oil and many people working to make North Dakota the second largest oil-producing state. Williston also continues to honor the agricultural tradition.
Williston offers plenty of things to do, with a variety of historic attractions, outdoor recreational opportunities, and entertainment choices. Residents can go fishing and boating on Lake Sakakawea, practice their golf swing at nationally ranked golf links, peruse the exhibits at James Memorial Art Center, go fast at Thunder Valley Speedway Go-Karts, and learn more about the history of the region at Fort Buford State Historic Site or Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site.

The office staff at south ridge does an excellent job managing the apartment complex givin how many units there are, maintaining such a property is no easy task huge shout out to the ladies in the office and maintenance team!

I've lived here at South Ridge for almost eight years now. I am well taken care of, the apartment is very nice and I love having a garage for my vehicle to protect it from harsh North Dakota winters, and the grounds are shoveled and plowed as well, along with well maintained lawns and shrubs in the summer too! As far as maintenance is concerned, I have always had same day response for repairs and things are handled quickly and efficiently! I appreciate all that South Ridge does, Thank you! Carolyn E.

I didn't have a walk thru before I signed the lease, but once I got my keys Madison walked me to my apartment and I was shook at how nice it looked. Compared to other apts I've lived this by far was the most up to date. I moved from Oklahoma and needed a place pronto and South ridge made it it easy and got me in quickly. Thank you South ridge

This is the 2nd time we have moved into South Ridge. We didn't tour them either time. We moved cross country each time. Everything was clean and great! It is quiet, excellently maintained, and easy access to everything while still living on the edge of town.

Nice apartments that are well kept. Fitness center is nice for what it is. It has free weights and a couple machines, it even has a smith machine. Most of the staff are easy to deal with, especially the maintenance guys. Some buildings don’t have elevators or underground parking so that’s kind of inconvenient. If you get a studio in one of the buildings without underground parking they won’t let you have a garage, so be prepared to park outside all winter and have no overnight guests without planning ahead and getting a guest pass for the night.

The staff member / leasing team is extremely friendly and helpful - especially Grace. I think that the cleaning company could've done a much better job before I moved in, but I guess that's moreso on the previous resident. Although, I think the apartment staff should've double- and triple-checked everything before the next resident(s) (me) moved in. Overall, great property and wonderful apartment. Convenient location. Main complaint is just the cleanliness when I first moved in.

I have been at SouthRidge over 2 years and it is a very nice and quiet apartment. I have never had issues with my neighbors or packages going missing, even when gone for a few days. Maintenance issues have almost always been resolved same day, unless a part had to be ordered. The team here always tries to go above and beyond to help and keep it neat and clean. Highly recommend.

Pros: nice apartments, friendly mgmt, and amazing maintenance staff! Cons: not all buildings have elevators, not everyone can get a garage or underground parking, annoyingly strict parking permit rules, walls must be very thin cause sound travels bad, and it frequently smells like weed.

The community is amazing despite the cold. The ladies in the office made it so easy to move into my new home and the maintenance guys are so quick with any works I put in. Everyone is so friendly and the amount of wildlife I can see from my balcony, is spectacular.

The office staff was absolutely amazing with my move in. The maintenance is very efficient and quick when I have a work order. The access to the 24 hr gym and the 2 grills they provide is a great perk. Definitely my favorite apartment that I have rented. Y’all check out South Ridge, you won’t regret it!

South Ridge is a great apartment complex. The service is great, location of complex is great and the people here are very friendly. Greystar employees are a great group of people.

I have nothing but good things to say about South Ridge. The ladies in the leasing office are incredible and care so much about the residents. When there is a problem they do everything in their power to make it right. Maintenance was always quick and professional when it came to work orders! We were only with South Ridge for a short time but it was nothing but a good experience living their!! Thank you South Ridge staff, you are the best!!
