South Square is southwest of Downtown Durham, roughly halfway to Chapel Hill and about two miles south of Duke University. Property Ratings at South Point
Don’t live here, it’s so NASTY it’s roach infested! From the office to the units! As a person who once worked here I? can honestly say this is the nastiest place I’ve ever been to! They don’t take of the problem within the units! They claim it comes from others but it’s just nasty it’s not because of neighbors the property just has a bad bug problem! I? would definitely not recommend living here unless you like roaches!!!
Don't waste your time applying! Dingy, run down, all they want are the fees. Front office will lie to you completely!
The are not helpful, customer service is so bad, not patient dealing with customer
Its quiet as can be during the day time. Some like to bump the tunes a little bit at night; which some neighbors hate (I have no input on the matter though). Most of my neighbors keep to them selves, so I don't really know anyone. I'm young and like meeting new people so this is a downer, but at least there are no trou le makers. Biggest fault is the fact that the painters have yet to finish painting g the outside of the apartment. So for the last 2 or 3 months I've been embarrassed to have people over. But like I said at least its quiet ant no trouble makers :)
