Rent is expensive for the small sq footage you are renting not all units are "renovated" and the management of the property sucks! repairs take forever to handle and excuses are always made. as soon as my lease was up we left! Only plus for here is their gym and swimming pool..
The manager here is so sweet! I wish everyone I met was this nice. She was actually available for me and returned my call!
Apartments are a little old however are in a great location minutes from downtown Alhambra Shopping and Entertainment district and just a short drive from Pasadena, Apartment has a pool which is also a plus.
