Fantastic apartment, recent build, solid amenities. Floor plans are well laid out and modern in design. Right off of the relief route with easy access to the city.

I just moved in about a month ago and the staff has been very kind and helpful regarding any issues or concerns I have had. While the pool and gates are not finished/still under construction, it is not the staff's fault so it shouldn't reflect badly on the employees.

I would not recommend these apartments to someone else. They are unfinished with no end in sight and no communication from management on when that might be. With the amount charged in rent and with the annual increase it is not worth it unless you are already living here.

Major delays for non working equipment within units and minimal amenities such as no pool or BBQ stations for the younger renters doesn’t give much reason to want to renew lease.

South Meadows is a clean, quiet community. I have been very pleased with management/maintenance staff and their urgency to address issues, as well as their friendliness when seen around the complex. My only real issue with South Meadows was when my AC unit went out (along with several others in the complex); however, management and maintenance staff where helpful and understanding all while doing everything they could to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Overall, I have been very pleased with South Meadows.

Electrical issues, smells from apartment below (cooking), howling dogs heard through the floors, no pool or security gates as of yet. Lease commands a 60 day notice with a hefty penalty, even if you give 30 days notice.

South Meadows is a great apartment community with beautiful grounds and great amenities. It is located in an easy to get to spot to get anywhere in Santa Fe and the staff is great. I would highly recommend South Meadows to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
South Meadows is a beautiful place to live. When issues and concerns come up, the staff was helpful and found solutions to those problems quickly.
The property is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Kudos to the maintenance crew for making sure that it is maintained and clean. I appreciate it. The location of the property is also a very big plus. You have immediate access to either 599, or major streets to get you where you want to go in a very short time. I highly recommend South Meadows Apartments.
The staff at this apartment complex is great. Jeffery was very patient, and helped squeeze me into a last minute tour for one of their places. As a resident he has been very kind and has attended to my complaints in a very fast and professional manner. I am very satisfied with the lease and service that I have been receiving so far.
I am very pleased with this community so far! First time living in Santa Fe but always have been a New Mexico resident. I love the atmosphere! A bit pricey for a single person with a kid.
South Meadows is a very clean and peaceful community. The units are beautiful and very well maintained. The entire staff (Rupert, Jeffery, Rashod, and Joe) are the epitome of professionalism and they are very nice and knowledgeable about the community. I would definitely recommend this property to any and everyone. 10 out of 10.
I absolutely loved how I could apply online and move right in with no problems. I would recommend others to live here.
Moving was so easy. I came across the country for a job, and rented sight unseen. The leasing process was very simple, the staff has been very accomodating and polite. Being able to virtually tour the layout of the apartments online was key to my decision. I highly recommend South Meadows!
Staff here are friendly and responsive. Grounds are well-kept and campus feels safe, even at night. Convenient location for Santa Fe.

This Apartment Complex offers the feeling of living in the country with wonderful mountain views, yet one is close to city conveniences and neighbors and we have great amenities and conveniences within our community.
A beautifully planned community with lots of trees, higher-end appliances and finishes, great sized rooms, big windows, ample closet space, amazing views, Amazon lockers, easy access to highways and downtown Santa Fe and lots of outdoor opportunities. The staff is very welcoming and professional and maintenance is very attentive and easy to work with. I am so happy I moved here!
It's a safe, fantastic community with new appliances and clean, sleak floorplans. I would highly recommend--especially if you work at Los Alamos, as the apartments are directly adjacent to the highway leading north.
We were moving from several states away and the staff was extremely helpful in making the move much easier and less stressful for our family.
I would give zero stars if I could. For the price you pay, this is not worth it. There have been problems from day one and no one seems to care or try to make things right as well as no one in the office seems to know what’s going on. The day we got the apartment, they were supposed to clean the apartment and it was disgustingly dirty. We also had nails left in the carpet and that was in a child's room. One got stuck in my foot and luckily not our sons. We told the office and they could have cared less. None of the amenities are ready, which we were told that they would be ready either before we moved in or a week after. Which it's now two months in and various things are still not completed. For the money you pay, this is ridiculous. You can only use the exercise room when the office is open, the pool is not ready, they don't have any covered parking and we still don't have a key fob for the gate, so the gate is open all night. The ONLY trash can on the premises is on the other side of the complex and it fills up so fast so there is trash that blows all over the complex which again they told us one would be placed by our building a week after we moved in which was two months ago. The apartments are "new" but it seems like everything is half done. This has been the worst experience we have had moving and living somewhere. Do not waste your time or money living here. We have complained various times about multiple things and no one cares. The people in the office are also very inappropriate and get very disrespectful with the residents.
Great staff. They are very helpful during the move in process. Maintenance is also outstanding. They are quick to respond.
Staff are extremely professional and attentive. Some design flaws in my personal opinion but I think as a resident; staff are a representative of the company values and that is most important.
It's a beautiful property with Southwest style and views and becoming a friendly community. Management and Staff are caring and understanding of the residents' needs and the moving process. Even though construction is still in process, the inconveniences are few and the excitement is here for what is to come.
