Getting too expensive
I would give it one star but it being privately owned does hold some weight however with the way that the landlord does the repairs themselves they never hire anybody nothing's actually professionally done and never really looks good. Yeah the place is built in 1961 actually and not much has changed when things need repair you have to constantly remind the landlord. Recently the rent has increased to an amount this place is just not worth but still cheaper than what other places are charging.
