Property Ratings at South Delaware Apartments
I lived here for a bit over a year and only have good things to say: - Great price - Month-to-month renting after my lease ended - The property manager Amanda responded promptly to any questions or issues I had - Maintenance was always able to come in a day or two after my request - Quiet hours after 10pm were respected - They were very fair in the move out: they only charged me half the rent since I was moving out in the middle of the month, and they didn't take money out of my damage deposit for any petty reasons - Spacious apartment with lots of closet and storage space For the downsides: - I was on the 1st floor, and the porch can get pretty dirty. My porch was also facing the parking lot
These are super affordable apartments in the best neighborhood ever! I live in 2021 S Delaware street apartment in the small but cute studio Respectful neighbors The complex itself is super-super clean Walking distance to shopping center, gym, grocery stores, CalTrain, bus stop around the corner, quick access to the highway, great great great neighborhood and location ?? About my studio: Huge walk in closet separated from kitchen (for a studio it’s a huge plus), I love my huge balcony, I spent there entire quarantine haha full bathroom Assigned parking spot ( the entire living here I felt safe about my car) Service was requested just once (my heater stoped working, but Terry responded super quickly and heater got fixed in the same day when maintenance was requested) thank you for that ?? Not a single package stolen!!! Which proofs that this neighborhood is amazing. Minuses: Old shelves on the kitchen and bathroom. But it won’t break my 5 start review ?? Big thank to Terry for her quick responses and welcoming vibe. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who’s seeking home. This small community is truly amazing.
