Easy to find parking. can't hear my neighbors. The pool is nice. Maintenance is quick. Close to the highway but far enough you don't hear the traffic.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s by far the best complex I’ve ever lived at. The maintenance team is the dream team. They keep the complex nice, clean, and neat and go above and beyond. The ladies who support residents are great! Gabby is awesome. Gabby and Monica helped me with my lease and it was a smooth move in process.

Lots of smokers in the South bay community. Hallways with bad odor. Dirty. Car wash hose keeps disappearing. Vacuum cleaner works randomly. Swimming pool privileges abused w numerous family members and gates prompted open for entry. Outdated older apartments. Pet waste still not being picked up. Heavy, heavy foot traffic upstairs.

So far living at South Bay has been great. We’ve loved our experience in our new home for the past couple of months. Love the arches throughout and we love how every room is separated just like a house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part and from the neighbors we’ve met so far have been very kind. The staff and maintenance are always on top of everything when we need them. I’d say moving here was the best decision I could’ve made for my family:)

Things have really improved around here. I love how the office is doing things and having activities for us residents. They go above and beyond so often for us. I absolutely love how we have a book club now. The books that the office provides after we vote are amazing! The only thing I’d say is I wish we could get this pool bracelets already to keep out the intruders trespassing to our pool. We have the best new security officer here now too.

SouthBay is a great community to live in. The landscape is beautiful. The amenities is up to date. I would love to see more updates inside area like the kitchen. The apartments beautiful and spacious inside. My 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with sunroom look like a house. I plan to live here for years to come.

It has been a great first month! Trash pickup is a very nice extra. Pool has been very clean including the walking grounds. Have had a couple of maintenance requests and they were completed very quickly. Have had a bit of a problem with some ants but the complex has a bug guy that comes out so hopefully that helps. All in all, I am very much enjoying my the complex right now. No problem with neighbors whatsoever.

I have only been living at South Bay apartments for a few weeks. I love living here. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are well maintained and I feel very safe here. I also am very close to TAMUCC so it is very easy to get to campus and my classes.

I really love this community, I never lived in any other place in corpus as I loved this so much. The pool and gym are awesome. Maintenance in Southbay is too good. Any work order will be taken care the very next day of creating it. If there is any kind of emergency leasing office will be actively be on it.

We have been living her going on 6 years now, I cannot even imagine moving. What can I say, Living here makes my life easier, period! The Management has always been friendly and knows everything about apartment living and now they upgraded with a new manager that is like having a second mom! My apartment is specious and worth every penny, and when something breaks or goes wrong, the maintenance guys , who can fix anything, are right there when they say they will be. I would like to say I use the awesome gym as often as I should but it is there to use 24hrs. I love the pool and my neighbors are all friendly. Hope we have a few new ones after they read this review. Best part, I don’t have to cut the grass! All I have to do is get the garbage outside my front door by 8pm. I’m not leaving anytime soon.

I have lived here for going on six years now and I love the place. The management and staff in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are top-notch and quick to get the work done. I even like my neighbors. Everyone seems so friendly in this place. Also the amenities are great. The pool is very nice. Convenient parking. Spacious apartment Beautiful grounds. Varied services. Treat days don’t offer an abundance for pick up. They are all passed out within 5 minutes. But overall nice place and good location.

When we first moved here it was definitely a 5-star community.But over the last year is has really gone downhill the amenities are always getting postponed to a different date that never happens or canceled completely definitely will not be renewing our lease for a third time. And the new staff in the front is rude the only thing still good about this property is the maintenance crew.

Great place to live! Well manicured and very pretty grounds. Close to stores, beach and several nice coffee shops. Easy one-minute access to SPID, Corpus's main thoroughfare. Friendly, responsive office staff. Maintenance staff is great.
