I have lived at Sorelle since 2020 and am finally moving out due to numerous issues that have made my living experience extremely unpleasant. Cockroach Infestation: This complex has a constant cockroach problem that persists despite spraying, cleaning, and using roach traps. Cockroaches are a common sight here, as you’ll see mentioned in other reviews. Unaccommodating Leasing Office: The leasing office is inflexible and always looking for ways to charge residents. If there’s a way for them to make you pay for something, they absolutely will. Recurring AC Issues: Every summer, our AC clogs, causing water to accumulate under the floorboards. This leads to moisture problems that require temporary maintenance fixes every few weeks until summer ends. Poor Pet Management: Pets often use the hallways as their bathrooms, which creates an unsanitary living environment. Security Concerns: Cars are frequently broken into, making residents feel unsafe. Fire Alarms and Power Issues: The fire alarms go off constantly, causing unnecessary disruptions. Additionally, the power flickers whenever there’s a storm, which is highly inconvenient. Management Change: The previous management genuinely cared for their residents. Unfortunately, the new management is more concerned with profit than resident satisfaction. They are corporate sticklers focused on money rather than the well-being of their tenants. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.

I moved in last week, and I am thoroughly enjoying my unit at Sorelle Apartments. The location and the management are truly out of this world. MANAGEMENT: Taylar and John assisted me throughout the application and leasing process. I did run into a bit of confusion with move-in dates, but Sorelle's team was always there and super responsive when questions arose. Management at Sorelle is very sweet, caring, and speedy, and I can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into improving this already amazing community. One of the biggest plus points of this community! LOCATION: The main reason I applied to Sorelle was for its location, and now that I am here, I am so grateful for it! Approximate walking times are 5-6 minutes from Lindbergh MARTA, 5-6 minutes from Kroger, and 8-10 minutes from Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, and more! Even without a car, I feel like I can get wherever I need to go. ROOM: My unit is a one bedroom, with the Zola floorplan. The in-unit washer/dryer are a game-changer, and the walk-in closet is quite spacious. I appreciate having a balcony for outdoor relaxation, and the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom have ample space for me. I am enjoying this floorplan. SAFETY: Residents sometimes leave the gates open (I close them whenever I see them), but a key fob is always required to enter the building itself. I feel safe walking outside Sorelle in daytime, and I can easily carry groceries back and forth from the building. PRICE: The price varies depending on your unit/timing (I appreciate the price at which I got my unit, but I will acknowledge there may be big jumps in price per floorplan!). In addition to monthly rent and utilities, there are recurring fees of $68/mo. for pest control, five-days-a-week trash pick-ups, etc. There is a one-time $80 key fob for parking/building, with there is no recurring fee for parking. AMENITIES: Pool, fitness center with exercise necessities, a resident lounge for work/relaxation, and various courtyard areas – all good! The only downside I have encountered is the occasional bug encounter, but I think that – in Atlanta – this is hard to avoid. Sorelle has been responsive in acknowledging my bug concerns and scheduling pest control. With a can of Raid handy, I am seeing improvements already! Overall, I am glad that I chose Sorelle Apartments, and I cannot emphasize how incredible the apartment's management, location, and value are. I am very happy to be here! (-:

I truly enjoy living here! I moved into a different unit because I wanted something smaller and they were able to accommodate my needs. Whenever I put a maintenance request in, they complete the order within a day! Thank you!

Bugs are a huge issue in this building. Pest control comes once a week IF you put in a work order 24 hrs in advance. They only go to apartments which call which defeats the purpose for bugs that jump house to house. Break ins are a thing as well. The location is the biggest plus of the apartment.

The management is very courteous and responsive. However, there needs to be a greater enforcement of keeping the property clean and void stragglers sleeping in the building.

Sorelle was a good place to live back when it first open but I have had some bad experience here I have a long list only reason I havent moved yet is bc of convenience but soon as I can Im gone

I used to live at Sorelle, and have since moved back to the community more than 5 years later. Although there has been a few changes in management and ownership, I am 100% satisfied with my decision to move back to the Sorelle community. The maintenance staff is very pleasant and my requests have been fulfilled in around a 24 hour time frame. The office staff has been great to work with (even during strange COVID-19 times) and my family and I are very happy here.

I moved to Sorelle from a different state during a pandemic so it was very important that I got exactly what I wanted since I was unable to tour the property in advance. Everything was excellent! I had one small maintenance request when I got the keys and it was fulfilled before I even moved the rest of my things in. The community is amazing and I am overall very pleased with this property. 10/10 would recommend!

Pros: The office managers named Tyrell, Kahron, space of apartment for price. Cons: Good luck getting anyone at Sorelle to answer the phone in the leasing office if you live here, let alone physically be there during opening hours. Must push #1 (for possible prospective renters only they say) on phone menu when calling to act like someone interested in renting to even get someone to entertain the idea of answering for you. Doesn't matter if you call 10 times in a row...even when you know someone on the staff is sitting there watching it ring. If they don't want to talk to you, they simply won't pick up. Employees show up 15 minutes late in the mornings to the office and don't apologize when they decide to roll into work. Rude, attitude-ridden staff except for Tyrell and Kahron. I cannot be the first person to complain about staffs' attitudes. How certain people still have jobs there astounds me... On my move-in day, there was a huge cockroach scuttling by our front door and the staff acted like it was nothing. Neighbors are ridiculously loud, walls are paper thin, and it doesn't matter how many times you call security or police on them, the office doesn't care. They actually say they don't care and to call the police, which I did and nothing happened. Hallways smell of weed 99.9% of the time, or dog pee if you are in the stairwells. You can literally see large, round stains from where people let dogs continuously pee in the stairwells. Dog pee pads are in the trees (if you think I'm kidding, just drive by Adina Drive). Trash is always overflowing in the dumpster and in trash chutes. Pool is often closed in the summertime. Car break-ins are extremely common. Drunk/homeless people wandering the street in the middle of the day hollering at me when walking to my car. Needless to say, I get it's the city...but this is not safe neighborhood. At all. All in all, if you are looking for a spacious apartment in Lindbergh specifically that is not a complete dump INSIDE your ~600-850 square foot space, it's good for that. But keep in mind all of the cons you will be getting. And no, Sorelle Office, I do not want to contact you to speak further about these issues. I made it abundantly clear when I lived there for the few months that I did, and you didn't care at all then. I'm much happier where I am now.
Sorelle predates some of the recent additions to the neighborhood; however, don’t let that stop you from considering it as a very strong option. I have renewed my lease three times and the current Management through Pinnacle is excellent. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved, the office staff is attentive, caring and nice. The property has seen many upgrades over the last year in security and the amenities such as the “Mingle room” and the fitness center. You get valet garbage service, Fetch-package delivery and a variety of events such as food trucks and other resident gathering opportunities.

I love the building. The apartment I was interested in has been rented out but after visiting the website I was still able to find another awesome floor plan and will be applying this week . I love that everything is literally right there. All the great shops and restaurants not to mention MARTA just around the corner for an easy commute to and from work. I'm really excited about moving here.

I would recommend it because it really was a good apartment at the value but it didn't meet all of my major needs mostly the location was too far from my job
The crime rate is soaring in the area...my vehicle has been damaged twice due to someone trying to break in and my wife does not feel safe.
This is a nice place, great location, nice neighborhood and the apartments have everything you need and more.
I love the location and floorplan. I am relocating to the area and i will be without a car for awhile. I can easily walk to many stores, banks and restaurants without the need of a car.
Staff is friendly, helpful and resolve and concerns with a smile.
Would '?? good environment and management team. Would not '?? a lot of cockroaches!!! The pest control is not that effective although the service is prompt
Overall from what I can tell from one visit, I like the community. The rent prices are a bit high, especially for apartments with standard appliances and less features than the premium units. The prices are actually a bit high even for premium.
It's a good location, good amenities, good price point. Staff is great but clearly overwhelmed. I love them, they are doing the best they can and I can tell, but give them a break, they all seem like they are constantly drowning.
I would recommend because the area seems safe, beautiful architecture, lots of amenities, convenient to my daily commute.
Noise level is too high but other than that we like it

I love not having to drive if I don't want to, I love feeling safe in my new community
The apartment community is in a great location. Very convenient for anyone who lives in the area. The amenities are fantastic & the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our tour with Mr. Scott.
The convince of everything. Being in a very centralized area to access many amenities.
I would suggest to improve your Gym room such extra machines
Fire Alarms thin walls and when I need something done it shouldn't take forever like now I need new mail books keys still waiting
Neighbours in general play loud music and I do not feel that apartment management does anything to stop it or I do not know or am not aware of the apartment policy against loud music.
The over all resplendence will meet people's expectations with a safe and comforting environment for professionals, families, and individuals.
It was a great experience touring the community and speaking with Scott! I've heard from a friend that it is a wonderful place to live, and I loved the way the interiors looked as well as the location and walkability to things nearby!
The fire alarms continually going off are unacceptable and unsafe. Also, some in community are nasty (dogs using bathroom in hallways). Def would not recommend as of now.
I would recommend because of spacious kitchen, neat interior, best hard wood floor, free fitness class, looks beautiful outside, indoor parking lot, and close to GT. I would not recommend because of old faucet smell, crawling bugs/spider, loud neighborhood at night, crimes, risky traffic, no playground, and none of schools around for child if you have one.
Satisfy my daily needs, and convenient. But the doors are always broken and the stairwells can be dirty sometimes
The price is great for the location. The amenities could use some improvement but the neighborhood makes up for what the complex lacks.
Not a fan of the management who lack tact and common respect for the tenants of the property. The communication could be SO much better. Don't try to call or leave a voice mail. Maintenance requests are completed in a fairly timely manner & the guys are cool. Love the leasing agents, Rod & Shanteal! They are always helpful, understanding and transparent. If not for Rod, Shanteal, & Shaun, my roommate and I would not have renewed our lease. You get what you pay for. The property is in a great location. That's what you're paying for & it's worth it. Walking distance to the Lindbergh MARTA & good eats. I feel safe. No bugs or pest issues. All in all. I'd recommend it.

As a current resident living here, I would not recommend staying here. For the amount charged for rent, the property management staff is unhelpful and unapologetic about it. When you have a issue or question, it’s very hard to get responses/help from the office staff. Then when you try and go to upper management to speak with Reena or Hiran they aren’t any better. It seems that Sorelle management job is to stay in their offices and have their front staff push all their resident problems away. I’ve had two thefts since I’ve been living here. The only pro about this place is the location.

I’ve been living at Sorelle since 2013 and I love it! They updated the hallways which I love. They have a new front desk staff but Rena the manager has been there and works with residents and Daniella leasing agent (my favorite) Shawn has been doing maintenance there for years and always respectful to me and my daughter every time he sees us in community. Actually all the maintenance staff is great (honestly can’t remember names) And they actually FIX the problems!!! Rachel S #1227

I really enjoy Rod & Shanteal ... soon as i walk in for packages they're quick to Jump up and help... the maintenance is awesome too.. If you see this guys keep up the good work :)
