Great Maintenance Service was fast & Immediate. I had two issues, one being the blinds (very old) & an old refrigerator tray. Blinds were fixed & waiting on the shelf or overall refrigerator replacement. Thanks, Thanks, -DA

Living at Sorelle apt I’ve been living here for the past 5 years. Haven’t had any problems yet ,it’s been very peaceful and clean they also have security. Maintenance always keeps up with the gated community. The staff is great and very supportive . Sorelle apartments also has pet waste disposal bags /trash located around the complex. Terrific moving experience!! I honestly can say my move-in was excellent from start to finish from me walking in and inquiring about the apartment to the application process all the way to the move-in. Everything went smoothly and I had no problem fantastic.

Maintenance review Maintenance fits to sink in the master bedroom and provided another dryer And got rid of the old dryer The dryer that was replaced with the old dryer. Heats up a lot of heat is very hot when it dries and now it will not turn on. So not sure if it's overheat it, but after the first load it dry, but it was hot hot. The clothes were hot hot. The second power will not dry. The dryer won't even turn on waiting for maintenance to come and fix the problem. No, it was just a week ago that they at fix the sink and replace the dryer. Hopefully no more maintenance problems from here.

Great Ok I absolutely fell in love with this property when I toured, plenty of parking, looking to move in February so I will def edit my review if needed as I don’t actually live their just yet but I do plan on it the newly remodeled units are absolutely gorgeous

The community is quiet and is private. The place is perfect and very well kept! The only thing I would say is why be a gated community if the gate won’t work? It’s been open since we moved in.

They allow all types of crimes to happen they don’t anything about the roaches in the apartments do not rent here you will regret it . They often switch managements but not for the better .

I'm a new resident at the sorelle apartments. This is my first time ever renting anywhere so the front desk was very helpful and made the process for me very easy. I'm happy with the apartment I got my neighbour's are not bad and it's pretty quiet. The place stays pretty clean on the outside apart from people being too lazy to throw their own trash into the dumpster but it seems to get picked up pretty quick. So far I'm happy about living here.

Management is inefficient. Maintenance is severely lacking. They do temporary fixes that often make the problem worse. My shower, screen doors, and window screens have been broken for years. They fixed a lighting issue in the kitchen and put lightbulbs that are too big so now the cabinets hit the bulb every time you open and close them. The neighbors are awful. There's constantly trash, alcohol bottles/cans, and dog poop all around the complex. The neighbors are loud and there's constant fighting. The neighbors do not look out for each other and the neighborhood is unsafe. My catalytic converter was stolen at around 11pm when there were people around. Someone was able to jack up my car, saw off the converter, and leave without anyone intervening. We didn't hear the alarm in time because we parked the car too far from our unit. There is never enough parking and the leaning office has converted resident parking into office use parking so they can be closer to the office. The leasing office has been removed 3 times in the 5 years i have lived here but the units are nowhere near as nice. They slapped paint on old broken drawers and called it a day. They didn't even bother to sand and prime the cabinets as the paint is peeling everywhere. I have lived here since 2016 and management has changed multiple times but the current group is the least helpful. Save your money and look elsewhere. It will save you a lot of headache.

Our experience at Sorelle apartments has been great, we love living here and our boys love their new home. Misty was our leasing agent and was the absolute best in answering all of our questions and concerns and helping us every step of the way. The maintenance team, Brian specifically has helped us with our apartment with a few minor things that we had going on. And he was quick to answer to our request and help us. Everyone is very polite and professional. Our neighbors from upstairs and downstairs are very nice and our side of the apartment complex is very calm. Love living here!

Apartment is spacious mine happens to come with a fire place but the heating needs to be better I have to buy firewood just to keep me and my nb warm at night and I was moved in painting wasnt even completed I understand a color may not be available but another color couldve been chosen and the bathtub is extremely small for the price we are paying its pretty small

Overpriced. The office has been remodeled at least 5 times in the last 5 years but the apartments themselves have low quality counters and cabinets. The bathroom vanity is also low quality that no amount of paint coats can fix. Look elsewhere

This place is a dump. Trash is overflowing the dumpsters. Trash is everywhere in the complex. Landscaping is green and lush only off Hawthorne, everywhere else it's dry, sparse and dead. Security spends more time on their phones than actually providing anything resembling security. Their so-called "gated community" isn't very gated when the gates are always left open. Management is rude and arrogant. The apartments are old and run down. When they show you the model, keep in mind, you're not going to get that unit. You had better see the actual unit before considering living in this nightmare of a complex. Everything is horrid here and I honestly can't wait to move.

I actually love my apartment. It is great. However, because I live along the street it’s a bit loud. The neighborhood is not the greatest (suburbs), I’ve had some loud neighbors, but nothing that wasn’t tolerable or worth reporting. Overall, it is a nice and spacious place. Local to shopping & freeways. I plan to renew my lease. I gave it 3 ?? because I think that the management team is not too knowledgeable in their job and don’t seem to be interested in seeking answers until after you began getting a bit more “blunt” (in the direction of getting rude). It’s a benefit that we can pay rent online, however, due to the apartments always changing stuff, the system is just a bit too much and an inconvenience when you have no other alternate besides online payments.

I am not the type to write a review good or bad but this is beyond unprofessional!! i didn't moved in yet.but only because they moved our MOVE IN date 3 time! first time was cause "the people before didn't move out on time" and so the moved our apt # and the move in date from oct 4th to the 12th and then a week before we are suppose to move in they me to tell me it wont be ready in until the 17th cause of a "back order part" and when i said they already moved me they said they would see what they can do and call me back and they call me back a few days latter and say it wont be until Nov 1st because "the people didn't move out on time". so not only did they move it 3 times the story changed also! so i think they just over booked there apt.. so we well see if we can get our money back i have seen other review on people not getting their hold money back. we even put a hold on the apt 3 or 4 months ago and they still couldn't have it ready on time. lucky i have a place to stay while i find a new apt and not in my car.

I have only been here a year. Maintenance is slow and rent is to high for what they offer. You would think after being here they would give you a break in the rent even just a little but my rent actually is 40 dollars higher. I am disabled and on a very, very fixed income. They have two pools but only one is open 24/7. There is no explanation as to why they don't open the second. It is a clean complex and it has its problems like any other.They are just fewer here than other places. They say they have security but I have only seen one guard a couple of times.It is fairly close to shopping and schools if you have kids. Mine are grown and on there own.

Its a good place to live. Only problem is that they havent fixed the gates since I moved here and sometimes homeless poeple get in and make a mess on the dumpsters.

Its called a display apparent for a reason. don't be fooled when you get an "upgrade" apparent. when they move u into an apartment with no washing machine no dryer. no microwave. ceiling fan with dust and falling down. weather stripping missing from the main door. no dhower stopper. floor boards comming up. Bathroom door cut to a angle. kitchen light doesn't work right. also found old beer from the contractors. neighbors are not loud. surrounded living is good too. But if i had to choose from this complex to the other in my backyard i would've been on the other side.

My name is Breanna and I have been a resident here at Capri Apartments for a year. When I first took a tour of the apartments while on my search, I was immediately hooked. The floor plans are incredibly spacious and the outside environment is great to look at when you open your windows. It honestly does not feel like I am living in Moreno Valley. I am living in a one bedroom apartment and I love how spacious it is, especially the fact that it comes with a washer and dryer closet in the hallway. The prices are a little steep but definitely worth it, especially if you are a family looking for a large and safe apartment . The management is great to talk to and always tends to your needs. It's nice to have your own carport and there is plenty of parking spaces for guests. The maintenance workers ALWAYS keep the grounds clean and Capri has security walking around at night for our safety. The pool and jacuzzi are great to use and there is a small gym inside the office for those who like to work out. There are shopping centers, restaurants, schools, and a mall surrounding the complex and an In-n-Out right across the street! Who doesn't love In-n-Out?! I love Capri and hope to stay here for a couple of years with it's great apartment floor plans and family community. For all those searching for a safe and great community for their families, or just themselves, Capri is definitely the place to be.

I love the attentive staff, and maintence team. my two children and i never had a pool, we love being able to swim everyday. The weather here although warm, is offset by wonderful air conditioning in every apartment. All high quality alliances, hard wood floors ,or carpet available. Large floor plans. I love it here, and my family and I , finally have a place to call home, we don't plan on ever leaving. Wonderful place to live.

I currently reside at capri apartments in moreno valley ca. i love it here. all apartments come with the added bonus of option to upgrade your place. upgrades include all electric,black dishwasher,stove and built in microwave,hardwood floors,walk in closets,two bathrooms. 700 plus square feet. balcony and private indoor washer and dryer. My children love swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. i have never been more at home and peaceful. its monitored by security,and is gated. Its affordable ,but im so thankful for being here with my husband and kids. we struggle,but work hard to keep our place. everyone should live here.

This complex is huge! The back of it comes out on the next block. It has changed management twice since I have been here which was since August of 2011. They changed the name from El Dorado Pointe to Capri. The only disadvantage for me is that I live in the front by the street so I hear all the traffic, fire trucks, ambulances and police a lot. There is usually a lot of police activity across the street at another apartment complex. Sometimes it is entertaining when you hear people yelling at each other or fighting. I always see people get a flat tire and they are obviously heading to the tire shop down the street so you hear their tire going "flump, flump, flump". Also,I have to pay for water and trash. They have raised the rent once and are going to raise it again in September. They give you an option to sign another lease to pay less. I was month to month after my original lease expired. The stove and oven is electric which I am not a fan of and the microwave oven is an old one. They do remodel the apartments after someone moves out and call them apartment homes which is good for new tenants but of course the rent is higher for the remodeled apartments. The rent is too high for me but considering the size of the place is decent for the price, I am pretty sure that other apartments this size would be more. The living room is huge which I noticed right away when I moved in. I looked around in other areas but they charge way more for rent but they are smaller. The maintenance staff is very helpful and they don't take too long to come and fix something after I place a work order.

This apartment complex is huge! The first thing I noticed when I moved in is the size of the living room. I have seen other apartments much smaller but the rent is higher. The only disadvantage is that I live by the street and it is noisy at times. Also, the utilities are not included in the rent and you have to pay for water and trash. Other than that, it is pretty quiet here and the neighbors are cool.
