I am planning on moving back home to California and on a recent visit decided to start looking at properties I was interested in. I went in to gather info and possibly view some units and I was instantly sold on this being my future home after my interaction with Michael. He greeted me right away and took the time to understand my wants and needs in a future home and explain how this property met all the points we discussed. He was able to show me a couple units and go over all differences from layouts to finishes and also parking situations. Overall great experience and I look forward to speaking with Mike once I am ready to make the move in a couple months.

By far the best apartment living I’ve experienced! I came from a very bad neighborhood and needed to move for safety reasons. I love how safe this community is for me and my family. Office staff is very customer service oriented and have made this process a breeze. Thank you ladies and maintenance man Robert for handling any maintenance issues in my apartment.

You can never invite guest over because there is not even enough parking for the residents. Our apartment was infested with rats for over a year and management did nothing about it. The neighbors had to band together and take care of the problem ourselves. And when we say infested we are talking about you would see 4-5 rats daily in your kitchen, garage, you could hear them at night etc. we currently have a roach infestation. Management will tell you they will fix things and never do. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I have been a resident at Sonora for the past 7 years. It's a great place to live. Has more pros then cons. Two areas with pool and grill. Gym with the all the necessary equipment. Everyone is very nice and friendly. If you have a dog great place. Dogie stations with grabge bags for poop and a dog park. We're moving out of state otherwise we would have continued living in this great community.

Horrible service and community, they have theft, rats infestation, if you have something broke in the unit, they dont fix it and will lie and say they did fix it. Save your money
July 2018 1. Parking is terrible. 2. Appears to be multiple families living in some units. Which is probably why the parking is so bad. 3. Management is in the process of upgrading apartments so there's a lot of noise. 4. Some residents told us that there was an assault at one of the pools last year. 5. My neighbor told me while she and her husband were at pool this past weekend several people jumped the fence to use pool. She said she called the office to notify them about the trespassing and no one responded. 6. Appears to be a lot of turnaround with the tenants. 7. Since management has installed BBQs at the pools, there's an increase of trash left behind so now there's ants. Only a matter of time before the rodents come. 8. That was just off the top of my head. 9. Management should power wash the pool areas at least once a week.
clean and fairly quiet. Sometimes the office is hard to reach. Any issues are usually solved in a timely manner. The parking however is HORRIBLE!!
