Property Ratings at Sonceto
Review written in English | Reseña escrita en español I have lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed living here (for the most part). I appreciate the leasing office putting on events frequently, as well as the responsive and helpful maintenance staff. I have enjoyed how the property is regularly maintained and how quiet the area is. They recently became more strict on pool usage to limit outsiders (thankfully; there was an issue with loud pool noise/music when I first moved in). Unfortunately, there have been issues with car burglaries (I had to get my car's key slot replaced after what I believe was an attempted robbery; someone trying to open my car with a flathead screwdriver), a very strong smell of weed most days when I come home from work (even though it is a "smoke-free" property), and the parking managers incorrectly flagging my (registered) car as trespassing. The problems I listed are not completely the fault of property management, but overall, I have enjoyed living here! --- He vivido aquí durante casi un año y he disfrutado de vivir aquí (en su mayor parte). Desafortunadamente, ha habido problemas con robos de autos (tuve que reemplazar la ranura de la llave de mi auto después de lo que creo que fue un intento de robo; alguien trató de abrir mi auto con un destornillador de cabeza plana), un olor muy fuerte a hierba la mayoría de los días cuando volver a casa del trabajo (a pesar de que es una propiedad "libre de humo"), y los administradores de estacionamiento marcan incorrectamente mi automóvil (registrado) como intruso. Los problemas que mencioné no son completamente culpa de la administración de la propiedad, pero en general, ¡he disfrutado de vivir aquí!
Después de una larga búsqueda de apartamentos para nuestras necesidades lo encontramos, todo cerca, tiendas escuelas Publix a 1 min. El Mesón 3 min . El mall Loop 2 min . El lugar es súper limpio nuevo y tiene sobre todo un buen staff que está pendiente a todo . Además en el club hay café y chocolate gratis todos los días! A mi esposa y a mi niño nos encanta aquí

Beautiful property and some staff members are very helpful but it is literally roach infested. No matter how many times you bomb the place or put a request in. They come right back. There literally on everything. I at least see 2 everyday and there is no parking in front of your own building ever! People literally fight for the parking spots here. Paying way too much too keep having to deal with these problems. New management toke over and it never was the same after that.

Gorgeous grounds, beautiful pool, great gym with lots of equipment. Love the location. Tons of shopping, restaurants and a super close grocery store makes running weekend errands a breeze. I'm also into Orlando's theme parks and it's a short drive to some awesome entertainment.

Cheaply made units, high prices, irresponsible corporate office that takes no accountability for their actions. They couldn’t care less about residents—only the $$$. You can and will find better options in the area!
