Sommerset Apartments

I lived at Sommerset for 3 years and absolutely loved it! Robin is the best and takes good care of the property / grounds. I would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved to live here. We have to move out of state because of job related relocation. Ms. Robbin was very professional and helpful at the front office. She is very dedicated to this community as we often seen her working around the complex during weekend. The ground crew is very active. They maintain a beautiful, clean yard and pool area. The new manager Alexis while we were leaving was also very helpful. It is a gated, clean and quiet with ample parking spots apartment complex in Shreveport. The rooms and washrooms are spacious with lots of storage space in the apartment. The walls of our apartment unit have really good insulation unlike some other apartments we lived in Shreveport so that we could not hear a thing from our neighbors. It felt like a real home. The neighbors were courteous and not noisy at all. We felt it’s a hidden gem to live in Shreveport. We will always cherish the time we lived in Sommerset Apartments in 2024.

I have lived here for a few weeks now and I love it! The community is so cute and always so beautiful, I also would like to brag on the staff. My work orders have been completed very quickly and the manager is always so kind and helpful! I am so happy that I chose Sommerset

This is a great place to live in management is awesome and the staff takes care of any issues you have within minutes, the atmosphere is safe and neighbors are very friendly, 4 years living here I have had no problems this complex makes you feel right at home

Do not stay here unless you enjoy poor management and maintenance entering your home without your permission whenever they feel like it. The below reviews are outdated and inaccurate Lived there first year with no issues. Second year property manager changed and it was a horrible decision. Management is passive aggressive and rude and little to no, or inaccurate warnings are given before maintenance just walks into your apartment. When I complained about this to the home office I was told that having reasonable warning is a courtesy and they didn't have to let me know anything. My right to privacy as a renter was disrespected and none of the repairs were emergency. I was also forbidden from renewing my lease in retaliation for calling home office. I was told this directly by the property manager. Trust me save yourself some time, money, and stress and look down the road for a new apartment.

Great atmosphere, very peaceful and quiet, I have now been in my apartment for over 6 months and love everything thing about it, the property is very neat and clean along with the luxury amenities in my apartments I so wish I could have moved here much sooner, the management also is very friendly, looking forward to living here much longer, I will recommend living here to many of my family and friends.

This is an older complex, nestled in mature trees, including crepe myrtles, oaks, elm and others. It's convenient to restaurants and shopping. But, I am moving to an apartment in Hot Springs, Arkansas! I have retired and choose Hot Springs for its beauty.

I love my new apartment!! I've been here for a little over a month and I'm in heaven. Each of the apartments are beautiful and they come with all of your appliances such as dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave and my favorite WASHER and DRYER!!! My view is beautiful; I have a balcony, a huge storage space and my dinning room has a gorgeous chandelier with a dimmer switch! It's so relaxing and peaceful I wish I would've moved in sooner.

Sommerest apartments are great, I only had my dryer stop working, but the next day it was fixed. The only downside I have is not a lot of parking space where my building is located
