Somersett Hills

I lived at Somerset Hills for almost 7 years. Only reason I moved was because I found a house. Everything about these apartments made it hard to leave. The grounds are immaculate, the pool area is always clean, the management very friendly and personable, when something broke, it was fixed immediately. It's tucked back far enough that I always felt safe living alone as a female. If you are even considering a move here, do it. I guarantee you will not regret it

I lived here for 12 years and honestly it’s great complex. It’s very quiet. The landscaping is beautiful with creeks running throughout the complex. The top floors have high vaulted ceilings in the living room that make it feel large. The management is fantastic and the Maintance is top notch. They are extremely responsive to requests you won’t be waiting long. It’s located in a great stop right off 1-80 but you don’t hear the freeway noise. A large area of grass in the front to take you. Management is very friendly and easy to talk to. We will be back if we need an apartment again.

I have lived at Somersett Hills for over nine years. It was to be a transition home post-divorce to a more permanent residence, but the conditions here made it easy to extend my lease for several years. I like that the complex is smaller and quiet. The residents are friendly and respectful of others. Many of them have also lived here for several years, which I believe is a testament to how well the complex is managed. The grounds are well maintained and issues are promptly addressed and resolved as soon as possible. Deborah and Raul have been wonderful to work with and are very responsive to my questions and requests. My daughter and I will miss living here and are only moving to gain more space as our needs have changed.

This is the absolute best apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. It’s clean, quiet and has beautiful scenery all throughout. Management and maintenance deserve 10 stars. They really take care of the residents and the property. I’ll be moving soon to accommodate my growing family but it’s been a pleasure living here for 5 years.

I have lived here for 7 months and absolutely love it! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My home is roomy and comfortable. My neighbors are nice and friendly. It's very quiet here, and I feel safe. I especially want to compliment the management here. Deborah and Danni are are wonderful. They are a delight to work with and respond promptly to any issues that arise. They are warm and welcoming and truly care that you are happy living here. Then there's Raol. He is responsible for performing maintenance on the property and is also a delight. He's fast with his repairs and always does a great job with a smile. I highly recommend Somersett Hills. It's a fantastic place to live!

Lived here for 3 years. Dani and Debbie in the office were great. Maintenance was also pretty speedy and I never had any issues getting stuff fixed. They do have some odd rules regarding animals--they are only allowed to potty in specific areas so if you have a pet make sure you get an apartment near the grassy parts. Parking was never an issue for me and we had two cars but I know if you are towards the middle of the complex its harder to find a space. Also major complex renovations like the pool and broken fences seemed to take ages to get fixed but overall it was a great complex.

By far the BEST apartment experience I’ve had in my 30 years of renting. Deborah and Dani truly care about the tenants here. Moving is stressful and they made it easy and comfortable. They made me feel so welcomed from the start. Not only are they great people but the apartments are nice! and the grounds are beautiful, clean and peaceful. Also Raul the maintenance man is a great guy! very kind!. This place is top notch and I can’t recommend them highly enough! I’ve lived in countless apartments and trust me it does not get better then this!

I lived at Somersett Hills for a few years and enjoyed it. The complex felt safe overall, my apartment was nice and well-functioning, and the staff was very nice, communicative, and helpful!

My husband and I moved here January 2021. We love the quite area, the inside of our 2 bedroom is spacious and newly updated, and the surrounding area is convenient (freeway entrance is 2 min, grocery store 5 min, gas 2 min, etc.). Debbie and Danielle made our move in go smoothly!

I just moved in and let me tell you If your looking for an apartment somersett hills is the place Debbie is literally the best apartment manager I’ve ever worked with super friendly and is willing to make you feel as comfortable as possible it’s nice to call this place my new home

My little family enjoyed this hidden Gem! It is very affordable considering its location, Roseville. At first you might be concerned about the proximity to the freeway, but we never once heard it. Every evening around 8-9 we would hear the train horn, but it was pretty cool because it wasn't overwhelming. The pool was a perfect addition in the 100+ weather days. Debbie, The Community Director, is constantly on top of her vendors to ensure the property is well kept and functioning. When things go wrong in the apartment or on the grounds her and her team act quickly to correct it. I notified Debbie that the lights in the evening were poorly lit and it made my wife uncomfortable to walk in the evenings. The next morning, 5am, Debbie walked the property and tagged all the lights that weren't working and had a company out to fix them the next day! We were in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and it was perfect for a small family of 3 with a small dog. The gym and other facilities were always well kept. They aren't the largest facilities, but I never had an issue with using them and it being crowded. If we didn't buy a home, we would still be living here!

This is one of the Best places I ever lived. Quiet, gorgeous surroundings, a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and a large area you can rent for parties or events. Terrance the maintenance man that gets things done if any problems arise in your apartment. Debbie the manager, goes out of her way to help you with anything. She’s there for you 100%. Apartments are gorgeous, roomy, and worth every cent for your rent. Very nice location- close to freeway to go in any direction you desire. The surroundings are beautiful with shady trees, water falls, and parking spaces for everyone. Neighbors are friendly, kind, and helpful. Yes indeed ‘one of a kind apartment complex!! I would be living there now but moved to Florida where my family lives.. I was so blessed to find SomerSett Hills.

Lived here forn1 year would have stayed longer but life didn't let me. Always quiet and clean. The fountains here create a great ambiance for outside or just when you have your windows open! Also they are super energy friendly I never had and electric bill over 82 dollars!! Would give them 10/10 if I could!!

Somersett Hills is an absolutely wonderful place to live. It has all of the amenities that you will ever want/need, and most importantly, the management, and maintenance are on point! Steve is extremely quick to respond with any maintenance needs, and is very trustworthy. Debbie in the office is consistently friendly, and she is able to help in any way possible when needed. we lived there for only 6 months until our jobs relocated us; but I must say, this place has been one of my very best apartment living experiences. Highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious, quiet 1 and 2 bedroom apartments near freeway with updated appliances, a well-appointed weight room, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, and swimming pool about a mile or less from grocery stores, Starbuck's, Wells Fargo, Kmart, Texas Back Forty, Kaiser Riverside, a skating and an ice rink, 3 gas stations as well as a bus stop and transfer station for both Sacramento and Placer county regional transit and a caring and quick to respond management team. Love living here!
