I have been a resident for several years at Solterra it is very well kept up and quiet

I have overall a great experience at this community! Services are timely and efficient; people are nice and respectful. The only thing bothers me is the AC noise next to my bedroom, but overall highly recommend the community!

Although it's only been a few weeks that I have just moved in I love my community it's quite, neighbors are friendly, pet friendly, super clean, gardens are very well kept, staff is helpful, the pools are clean always ready for a deep, plenty of parking for you and your guests.

The living conditions here at Solterra at Civic Center are excellent. The new upgraded apartments are really nice. I particularly like the fact that my one bedroom apartment comes with a washer/dryer. That alone makes it worth living here. Community management and staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend you come and take a look for yourself.

Solterra is a great community to live in. I first began my experience with Devona and she made the application process and move-in so easy. I would recommend applying here if you like great neighbors and peaceful atmosphere.

Great place to live, everyone here is very friendly and respectful.

The staff are awesome here snd will work with you when you inform them for anything to fix to covid 19. Through these hardship time they will work with you until the deadline. They are clean snd always a phone call away. They have everything here with food truck, tennis, pool and more. They keep everything together by having one of the greatest community. Im happy here!!

This place a chance because this is the only person Ive ever been to the house please and respond I will get there one respect your policy and rules and everything will be good. They are the most amazing with covid and reg stay. Thanks please give it a chance

Solterra Civic Center is a great place to reside and very family oriented. Really appreciate the courteous and friendly staff which frequently makes the concerns expressed feel as if it is their own. Staff always remember your name and in a manner that is hospitable. This energy has been displayed since day one when we were shown the apartment prior to moving in. This kindness has not wavered at all and continues to make Solterra a great property for consideration.

No mysteries. What you see is what you get. Staff is very friendly and helpful. So far so good.

The people in the rental office are very polite and listen to any complaints you may have with a very positive attitude, and will attend to your concerns as soon as possible. I also think the gated community and amenities are a plus. I really like that about Solterra at Civic Center.

We have enjoyed our first month at Solterra so far! We had a pleasant move-in experience, even during these social distancing times. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment complex is well maintained. We're happy to call this place home.

This is my third apartment here at Solterra. There is a reason I keep returning, and its because it is a safe and professionally run apartment complex. The office staff are great, always willing to help out and very friendly. The upgrade in the apartments are great and would recommend anyone interested to take a look. I am sure you will be impressed.

Ive lived here since 2017 and i am so pleased with the management staff currently in office. Very professional and Kind very respectful I enjoy living here.

I love the location and my neighbors. I believe it is over-priced, and not as safe as it should be.

Solterra at Civic Center is a beautiful apartment home community. Landscaping is lovely, and the grounds are kept clean. I love that they offer valet trash pickup right at your doorstep. I am very satisfied here.

My move in process has been absolutely amazing. The Staff here make you feel welcome and make the process very easy for move in. The apartments themselves are very spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend living here

Solteras community management was always very helpful and provide quick response to my requests.

After spending a year here, you quickly learn that the last siren you heard is not the last siren you’ll hear. The last hidden fee you were charged is not the last hidden fee you’ll be charged. You’ll never feel more hopeless than when you try ask the leasing office staff for some help. Don’t let this be the last place you’ve lived. Look elsewhere.

If you're looking for a surprisingly high end, clean and landscaped property look no further. This property is absolutely gorgeous. All the amenities are as promised.The grounds,gym and pools are immaculately maintained. Everyone associated with management is very attentive and responsible. Tenants are remarkable and I feel safe living here.
