The property has new management in 2022 and seems to be really trying to fix the prior management issues. They are renovating units and the new units look fantastic. Upgraded and modernized. Kitchens are awesome!
Great new renovations, love the kitchen! And so much natural light. The pool is amazing.
The new white kitchen and renovations throughout the entire apartment are beautiful! I’m so happy with how they’ve turned the place around.
This is a great property conveniently located near shopping and food yet still offering a private feel. Management is great, highly recommended
ive been here going on 11 years. I love the property because its quiet qnd peaceful. I enjoy working with the staff and the maintenance.
My daughter and I have lived here around seven years. The apartment complex is within walking distance of the high school and is extremely close to the local middle, and elementary schools. It is in walking distance of the library, community center, grocery store, gas station and other various stores. The complex also has a great swimming pool area, playground, and cooking area. The management does do a great job of trying to take care of their residents and will fix issues and address problems as they arise. However, rent is high, but a good place to live.
