The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Solis
This company will do everything in its power to to milk every dollar out of you. The property is cheap and dirty and will tow any vehicle just to make a buck.
Property Manager at Solis, Responded To This Review
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We strive to be transparent with all policies, including parking and vehicle registration, and we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with towing issues. To clarify, our team has sent over 20 email reminders in the last six months with clear instructions on how to properly register vehicles to avoid towing. These reminders are part of our ongoing effort to ensure all residents are informed and given every opportunity to comply with community guidelines. Our goal is never to profit from enforcement, but rather to maintain safety, order, and fairness for all residents.

Do not move here. They sell the place as "luxury" apartments but refuse to make fixes and do anything if it will cost the apartment money. Upon moving in I was appalled about the shape of the apartment, countertops and floors were sticky, mold was in fridge and the bathroom was dirty, other peoples trash was still in drawers and on the patio, smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling, towel rods were broken, among other things. I contacted the front office they had it "cleaned" which made it better but not the standard you'd expect when moving into a new apartment. A couple weeks went by and my washer (provided by the apartment) started making loud scratching noises and my dryer (also provided by the apartment) need 2-3 drys to complete the cycle. I asked for both items to be replaced. I was told "the washer has to break more and thats just how the dyers work". I asked if I could use my own washer and dryer and was told yes but I was responsible for storing there broken appliances A Then about a week later a young couple moved in above me with small children. the floors are extremely thin so I would hear running and things hitting the floor for about 2-3 hours a day. I asked the apartment if they could do anything they said they'd talk with them and never got back to me. After getting no response I in lieu of the plethora of issues I had with the apartment I asked if I could move and was told yes but I would be charged a 500$ moving fee. I will not the maintenance man is very friendly but when you not provided the tools for the job your hands are tied. They did eventually switch out my washer with one from a vacant apartment essentially kicking the can down the road. Again don't be fooled by the nice pool and other amenenties this place is run down and cheap.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you encountered during your time in our community. It’s disappointing to hear that your initial move-in experience did not meet your expectations, and that ongoing noise issues further added to your dissatisfaction. Maintenance has since completed all work orders for the apartment within limitations and unfortunately neighboring noise can happen in shared living spaces. We also understand the frustrations around wanting to use your own appliance and community's lease break/ transfer fees, however they are in place for a reason, and the office team is doing their job. We would love to chance to improve your experience with us but understand you may not wish the same. We wish you best of luck in your future endeavors.
don't spend your money here. its not worth it. I’ve been here 2 years and I can't wait to move out. they're horrible. you can hear everything your neighbours are saying, tv, people, walking steps, everything! I have bugs in my freezer/fridge from 2 years and even if pets controls came 4 TIMES, they didn't fix it. it's always: we did it, now you're fine. 2 weeks later the bugs are back. cabinets half broken, kitchen sink too. they offer movie room and pool and you can barely use it because it's almost always reserve for some reason.

Your concerns regarding noise, pest control, and amenities are noted, and we will utilize your input to enhance our offerings. We appreciate you highlighting these matters for us.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Pests are insane!!!!! i’ve had mice problems, stink bugs, silverfish bugs, and some other long black bug. Everything here is cheap. It looks nice but this place is a nightmare. do not fall for this place like i did. those positive reviews gotta be fake because there’s nothing good about these apartments.
They have a mice infestation problem and have done nothing to solve it. Pest control is a joke and only gave sticky pads. They cannot figure out how the mice come into the apartment.
0/10. Do not recommend. Nice aesthetics, appliances, and somewhat of amenities but certainly Overpriced. Front office staff is beyond rude. Stephanie is the worse. There is no professional bone in her body. Do not move here unless you just have money to blow and you don’t care. Walls are paper thin. The paint is CHEAP and if you get anything on them other than water it stains. You also have to paint the walls before you leave. Maintenance sucks, our light under our microwave was out our entire lease because they came and said it didn’t work and needed to order a piece and never came back. I work from home and I’ve literally never seen not one pest control employee. They are so bad that a tenant on the first floor had to have her apartment bombed and she had to leave for basically the whole day. There are plenty of hidden fees. They’ll send you a “courtesy renewal” as Stephanie put it mid way through those days meaning if you lease ends in the middle of the month you’ll have to pay for the WHOLE month. We pay $100 more than the one bedroom we had here for a spacious two bedroom elsewhere. PLEASE TAKE THESE PLEASANT REVIEWS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.
They overcharge for what you get and half of the time there were issues throughout the property. Couldn’t get out fast enough. The place was thrown together quick, and you can really tell when you spend time here.
I LOVE leaving here at Solis! First off the amenities (fire pit, theater room, salt water pool to name a few) and the staff are wonderful! The staff has different contests frequently where you can win prizes as well as Food Trucks have been on site frequently. The staff asks for suggestions as far as what trucks to bring on-site too, which is very kind and engaging. There are rules here which is to be expected with a place so nice. However, everything the staff enforces is to keep the community nice and maintained. I HIGHLY appreciate this. Too many apartments allow rules to slide which cause the property to go down quickly. Thankfully the staff is doing everything they can to protect and preserve the community I pay for. THANK YOU! Furthermore, Solis is close to many restaurants and a publix which makes living here convenient. If you want to be apart of a community that is engaging as well as informative and is in the business of perserving a beautiful community check this one out. The staff will help you every step of the leasing process. They definitely did for me and I'm so grateful!
Prepare to shell out the big bucks as this complex has a multitude of hidden fees and hidden agendas apparently. These reviews seem fabricated on this page because residents are not happy with this place. They need new management, they are by far the rudest staff I have ever encountered and I vow to try to steer as many people away from this place as possible. They are all smiles until you sign your life away on that contract and then they use every word of it against you, oh and they add to it apparently! The updated look is NOT worth the stress of this place.
Such a great place to live! Love the community and amenities!
My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 months now and we love it. The apartments are beautiful and well built. Maintenance requests are done quickly. The appliances are high quality. Electricity costs are very low, even with high energy consumption. The location is good, 15 minutes away from Fort Campbell and 15 minutes away from Wilma Rudolph (where all the food places are). Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Great amenities including a pool, gym, movie room, and a conference room that we can use whenever. Overall, an amazing place to live!
They are extremely nice apartments with excellent amenities. The staff are all extremely helpful!
Friendly and responsive staff! Great location and nice apartments
We love Solis! Everything here has been exceptional. Our floor plan fits the needs of what we were searching for. The team here has treated us so well with everything we’ve encountered and needed. I can’t wait for the pool to open so we can relax at our new home!
