We lived here for about three years now and my family loves it . If something brakes in the apt they come out fast to repair or replace the issue. A lot of kids live here and they play at the two different courts they have for the kids that they just remodeled. We have security at night that will watch the kids playing at night basket ball that is nice .Neighbors are very friendly never any issues in the community ! They keep adding and remolding in the community like BBQ area and now a dog park yes a dog park not a lot of apt have this to offer to you,the pool is always clean people keep there trash picked up, in the summer time all the kids play together.

This complex is on a downward spiral . They are very polite but nasty. What I mean by that they are cowards and wont say it in your face but will sneak and do things . We lived in building 2 for sometime but their maintenance people were never efficient . Also the place when we moved was filthy but they just painted over it instead of thoroughly cleaning it . It is difficult to use the facilities that you pay for as a tenant because they are always closed . This is a complex that you would skip over and only live here if it was your last resort as this company is lazy, unkind , and very difficult . (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)

This place is Horrible and Lack Good Management . Avoid tenants and are terrible at taking care of the inside of property. This is overseen by a company by the name of Rosemount Management Llc. This company is horrible and its not worth your time leasing here. The employees at this location lack integrity and effective leadership . They don't repair things correctly. If they damage your property they want you to pay for it . The maintenance department will paint over mold and plaster over dry rotted and water damaged drywall instead of replacing it. They are very dishonest and say they completed a repair and didn't , very deceitful . They make it seem like you are a problem for wanting a nice place and not wanting your things damaged. They over look water damage and when you report your property flooding they come 2 days later and really don't complete the repair . The maintenance manager orchestrates it all and the property manager backs his lack of assistance and integrity issues. The leasing manager is also an unpleasing employee who is very dishonest and unfair but smiles to hide it .To sum it up, this is a sucky management company and the Oasis brand needs an entire overhaul .Do not rent here it is not worth it and please believe what other reviews say about them taking your deposit from them being untruthful.

I absolutely love living here. It's a quiet neighborhood. The staff are very helpful and quick to fix any problems. They are constantly improving the site.
