I have lived here for 23 years. Yes there are ups and downs. I feel any apartment that you live at also has ups and downs. For the most part they have taken care of what I need done, and I like that they keep the property clean. This is my home and I will continue to live here as long as I can.

Not a very clean apartment when we moved in. Very noisy neighbors above. Maintenance never show up. Dead huge tree in front of my apartment and branches are falling off every time we get a wind or rain storm and it's left there for days. People don't pick up their animal waste.

Since my last work order was done, everything is still working great. I have lived here for 23 years, this is my home. I would recommend these apartments. The maintenance tries the best they can to keep up with the work orders especially Melay. I don't know if that's how you spell his name, but I think he's the maintenance supervisor. Angie the manager also does her best.

We just move here on August 9. We liked it. Community is excellent, Building looks is nice, Apartment itself is old but most of the things are still in good and working condition. But one weird rule is parking. Your visitors vehicle would be towed if youn't purchase guest parking every time they park expect 3 times free guest parking per month.

I haven’t had any issues. I think Leo is fantastic. Anything I need. He’s on it. If I put a work order in. Maintenance is on it. They are pleasant. No matter the heat. I don’t have to much to add. I’ve been here almost a year. Renewed agin and look forward to the next year as pleasant as this year.

We have had such a fantastic experience at Solas Apartment in Glendale, AZ! From the moment we first inquired, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out and huge thank you goes to Leo! He truly goes above and beyond. Leo was so attentive to all our questions and needs, and his helpfulness made our move-in process incredibly smooth. His dedication to ensuring residents are happy is truly commendable. I am absolutely grateful for moving here, the staff understood our concerns, and helped us out as best as they could, the apartment complex feels so homey, would not move anywhere else, the apartment itself is very nice, the only problem that we seem to have with our apartment is when we go to do dishes in the sink, the left side( when facing the sink) in the kitchen, there appears to be a hole in the pipe for the left side sink, we don't know if it was an accident or deliberate, but we wish to have it fixed up here very soon.

Basketball court & steam or sauna has not been fixed or even usable within 1 yr. Also, the community room that's in the main entrance can't be used my residents, also the other hot tub still isn't working again still within a year.

Living here has been really nice! Rent is reasonable and everyone is super friendly! the apartment amenities are alright, they do break pretty easily but i love that they have people to come fix it for free!

Some people dont respect the speed limit.. ther are always speeding through the bumps, not caring if there’s children around. I think fixing the front gates would help out a lot.

Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of pools. Parking seems suitable. Complex staff is very responsive and honest. Tenants seem content. Amenities are sufficient. Definitely worth the money you pay to stay in the complex.

Great staff, easy move in, everything explained up front. No bugs, well kept, relatively quiet property. 3 pools and Jacuzzi's, basketball and soccer practice area. Older complex being updated.

I have been having problems with cockroaches. The neighbors are really loud all throughout the night. I'm on the 3rd floor and I can hear people walking in the apartment next to me.

These apartment are really nice I moved In and don’t have a problem. When something was broken maintenance came the next day and was super nice. Amazing staff in the office as well they are always so helpful and nice.

Abby in the office is awesome and has been a great source along our journey to move in. After finally moving in we had some issues. Firstly our washing machine didn’t work and leaked water. It felt like our issue wasn’t a priority and even had a supervisor come out on the third visit. Only to say this is a simple fix and send workers elsewhere. Apparently an easy fix takes another 3 days to get probably resolved and it wasn’t even fixed we just got another washer and dryer 2 weeks after moving in and having to do laundry at a laundromat. Other than that and a small issue with keys to a storage room, the experience has been pleasant-huge shoutout to Abby again- and the community is fairly quiet and has great amenities. The parking doesn’t make much sense and our covered parking space is strangely distant from our apartment and the explanation that we got was essentially “it is what it is”. We’re overall happy and hoping this month isn’t a sign of what’s to come.
