Property Ratings at Solara At Wellington
I have been living here for about 8-9 months now and it’s been awesome. Staff is awesome! The management team are really friendly and make sure you feel welcomed. They help you with any concerns or problems you may have. Maintenance I feel could be a little bit better and me personally, I believe the apartments are a little pricey for what you get as far as amenities and the size of the apartment. But aside from that the area is overall great! If you do decide to live here, you would be satisfied overall.

I’ve been living on the property for little over a year and I absolutely love it! You may see a few reviews here and there that reflect negatively against the property; but I urge you to do as I did and see for yourself. Everyone in the leasing office is spectacular and they really care about their residents and the property. Maintenance is very timely and the team is professional and friendly. My neighbors have been great. No place is perfect, you will never find perfection in an apartment community but I moved here from a newer “high rise” complex near the beach and when I tell you that quality is better than the “dog and pony show”, it really is. Other nearby properties (which I toured) may have fancier common areas (more pools onsite, bigger lounges, etc) but there is more to a property than what meets the eye. I am use to a leasing staff of either all women and maybe a guy or two or just all women; but this team of three guys at Solara have it on lock! I also feel very safe here and safety is key!

I’ve enjoyed my residency here and things are improving all the time. They’ve done updates to the community including the pool, parking lot, and landscaping. It’s quiet and neighbors are friendly. Management is doing a great job!

Unprofessional, lack of ethics, dirty, filth, they don't take care of anything. Lazy and it lacks security. The people in the office are extremely unprofessional. The "agents" at solary entered my apartment this morning without my consent, I told him 4 times to leave and he kept insisting to come in. Later he retaliated against our family. UNPROFESSIONAL TO say the least, these people don't know what they are doing. STAY AWAY. They don't take responsibility even before or after the hurricane. A COMPLETE MESS.
I am not sure what is happening in this place but every time I go into the office I see someone new. It is time the for the owners to get rid of current management group and bring someone new. I have lived here for a short while and realize that the staff does not care about the residence. I called the office the other day and some guy Eugene answered, when I asked him a question he gave me an answer like he did not have time to talk to me. I also went in to drop off my rent payment and they have no interest in knowing who their residents are, I felt like I was being herded out like cattle. I understand these are apartments however, to me it is my home. They make you think they are handing you a clean apartment and when you look closely at the walls, you see that they painted over dust balls and dirt on the walls. I would not recommend this place to live, it is all show to get you in and then you are stuck with a lease. If you move in make sure you document EVERYTHING !!! Take pictures of how the unit is given to you, because they do not walk it with you. Just hand you a key and have you go in like a hotel. Yes they give you a punch list, however, if you do not have pictures at the end of your lease, they will charge you for damages that are not yours. I learned that they will document when it is to there benefit not yours.
I love my apartment the staff is friendly and professional and very quick to respond to my needs. My neighbors are neighborly and the neighborhood is peaceful. The apartment is located near a mall, specialty stores, drug stores. Restaurants. Activities and whatever you need. Perfect location.
