Had an amazing tour with Jessica! The community is fantastic, and the amenities are even better. My teens are especially excited about the arcade room and the simulator, and I’m loving the gym, it’s awesome and it is fully equipped! Can't wait to settle in before Christmas is here!

I am sooo thrilled to have found this beautiful new apartment community in Temecula!! This place has everything from big pool, hot tub, 24hr gym and even an indoor basketball/pickle ball court perfect for me and my bestie to entertain ourselves while getting fit, but the best part is their Game room that has pool table and golf simulator for the hubby!!! We now get to save in spending and don’t have to drive!! Love it!! Can’t wait to move in!!!

One of the best communities I've lived in. The amenities are absolutely amazing. I love this for myself and my family before we transition to a home. There is so much to keep the kids busy. The community is clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have never had any issues with living here and I don't plan to. The location alone is perfect. Near the promenade and everything else my family loves and needs.

We recently moved to Solana Winchester Hills. It is a new construction, so some delays were expected. Robyn and Roger have been great throughout the process and have made our move enjoyable. We are very familiar with the area, we had already been Temecula residents but we needed a change due to our busy schedules. We love the open lay out; WIFI throughout; One stop for utilities, this is such a time saver for us! Beautiful design and you have the right person in charge! We cant say enough about Robyn, she has been great and is very professional. If you are looking for convenience; safety; open lay out; excellent neighbors and customer service, Solana Winchester Hills is the place for you.
