This community has far above exceeded my expectations. Rodger helped make my application & move in process so smooth. Robyn is so sweet and inviting, always going above and beyond for the residents. All the staff here are wonderful people. Maintenance team is top notch! Bryan, Juan, Jose, you guys are wonderful. Already made some amazing friends in my building, it really feels like home and I’ve only been here for a week! Would highly recommend this community. Thank you everyone for making this transition so smooth & stress free. :)

Absolutely beautiful establishment with plenty of amenities friendly staff and kind residents pay a little more live a lot more comfortable I mean whom doesn’t want to pull up to a resort they don’t have to maintain just pay your rent be respectful and enjoy!

One of the best communities I've lived in. The amenities are absolutely amazing. I love this for myself and my family before we transition to a home. There is so much to keep the kids busy. The community is clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have never had any issues with living here and I don't plan to. The location alone is perfect. Near the promenade and everything else my family loves and needs.
The office staff were awesome, very helpful, and catered to my needs. The complex itself is brand new with modern and great amenities.

The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the living area was spacious and inviting. The amenities at Solana Hills are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I loved the pool area – it’s perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a long day. The on-site management team is friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet still offers a peaceful, private atmosphere. Everything I needed was just a short drive away, making it incredibly easy to get around. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Solana Hills. The combination of a stunning apartment, excellent amenities, and prime location makes it a standout option for anyone looking for a luxurious yet practical living experience. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to Solana Winchester Hills. It is a new construction, so some delays were expected. Robyn and Roger have been great throughout the process and have made our move enjoyable. We are very familiar with the area, we had already been Temecula residents but we needed a change due to our busy schedules. We love the open lay out; WIFI throughout; One stop for utilities, this is such a time saver for us! Beautiful design and you have the right person in charge! We cant say enough about Robyn, she has been great and is very professional. If you are looking for convenience; safety; open lay out; excellent neighbors and customer service, Solana Winchester Hills is the place for you.
