From the first tour to after move in we’ve had a wonderful experience with Solana Ridge. All the staff have been so friendly and helpful, everything is well maintained and the location is great.

There are many apartment complexes to choose from in Temecula, but we chose Solana Ridge because the floor plans are perfect, property is clean and well maintained, great location and the leasing staff was so friendly, helpful and professional, we felt at ho e right away

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. No communication. 5 roof leaks 7 vehicle break-ins. Tree damage to my vehicle. Spider infested garage. Dryer stopped working. 2xs Fridge stopped working. Animal stains from previous renter - carpet not replaced. Horrendis smell in flooring that had to be replaced. Painted counter tops. Not allowed to view until prior to move-in. No compensation provided for damages to anything or time off work. Management would not schedule Saturday roof repairs or repairs. MOST OF ALL NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT. Even at move-out it was a hassle.

Horrible experience here, we rented a non smoking apartment and the tenant above was a smoker and it’s a nonsmoking community the smoke was completely filling our apartment from them. After that tenant the current tenants have been keeping us up throughout the night with severe and excessive noise, from midnight to 4/5am every night When we looked at the apartment we were told by Rene that there were no noise issues due to carpet in the upstairs units to prevent that they have only had a couple complaints. In my opinion it’s been a nightmare dealing with the front in general when needing to request assistance to have a safe and peaceful living environment.

As of right now, We would not recommend another tenant moving here. The way things have been handled with "repairs" has not been an experience we would want others to have. This has been our worst experience dealing with rental issues with a property we are leasing and we have been to many different locations around the States. There are still problems with appliances that were supposed to be fixed. The amount of pests in this complex is beyond me and we have not had to go through a pest issue of this extent in any of our other places. We do not tolerate pests and for this unit we actually purchased all new furniture down to the utensils and know for a fact that we did not bring the pests along with us. This is not a functional nor pleasant place to live. We did not recognize the problems immediately. Three weeks here... now we see.

The road noice is crazy, there's gun shots in the middle of the night... there is a deep pot hole in near the office that has damaged my rim of my car... do you want more?

The community is quiet, well-landscaped and reasonably secure. The maintenance team is responsive, courteous and efficient and one of the main reasons I continue to reside at Solana Ridge.

No noise control. You will hear cars, obnoxious neighbors, cars speed in parking lot. Cars left unattended in unassigned parking accumulate spider webs they will back up into empty spot for a couple days wait till old spot opens back up and move it back to the first spot. Document any damage and complaints as soon as you notice and inform office, save emails, they will try to keep deposit ask for move out checklist

I can only assume this review was prompted as a result of your final move out statement. Your concerns are taken seriously! Since you have chosen to remain anonymous, I am unable to verify if our office was indeed notified of any of the concerns listed in your review. Anytime our team is notified of the option to vacate, our team does provided a move out checklist to ensure the resident have ample time to prepare and obtain all or most of their security deposit. Also, we do provide at the time of move in an inspection along with the opportunity for a pre-move out inspection. This inspection allows for our residents to remedy and potentially address matters which could be withheld from their security deposit. As always, we are hear to help, but without notification of any concerns, there is little that can be done. My family has had such a great experience with renting at Solana Ridge Apartments. The staff is always very welcoming and they do a great job at keeping up the grounds and units. I had their Maintenance technician Tony respond to a clogged drain and they were fast, handled same day! I like their portal if you need service and to pay our rent. The units are spacious, remodeled, and quite. The gym exceeded my expectations! I love the relaxing BBQ area and fire pits, my children favor the pool. They even have a dog run. I would feel good about recommending Solana Ridge as a great place to live to my friends and family.

We ended up living here for 2 years after a terrible experience at another apartment complex where we only stayed 4 months. Solana Ridge is clean and walking distance to the mall. The staff is very responsive to any issues- which there were hardly any at all. The only aspect I didn’t like is the pool is really loud with screaming kids BUT- that is no fault of Solana Ridge. I was happy living here

Do not move here, the kets of my apartments was given to me on 7/24/2019 and after Corina left i went back to the apartment and three roaches went back to tge office they told me they will call pest control to cone out that they, i have the move in schefule for the next day the 25th. On the 7/25/2019 Corina called me pest contril came to the apartment and she have the nerve to ask me uf i still want to move in my reply to her was I have no choise I had already pay a deposit to the movers abd have no time to look for another apartment. Today is 7.27.2019 and roaches still are coming out very much alive . The manager told me she will get tjis resolve she wants me to be patient and if I deside to move out she will work with me but she ca not pay for me to move to another apartment

As you may know, there has been a transition of managers at the community and I'd be more than happy to discuss any further concerns you may have. It's disappointing that you saw pests at your initial inspection; however, I'm happy we were able to send pest control the very next day to ensure the matter was addressed. Working with our independent pest control company there are a variation of treatment methods that can be used dependent upon the situation at the time. As an added convenience, if you ever have issues in the future with pest control needs we do have a weekly service available to our residents which you may take advantage of. So the staff is great! The amenities are great! The location is great! But the parking situation is awful. You get one carport and there are very few other spots not covered. My carport isn't near my apartment. And twice I've had packages stolen from my door step. And someone stole the light covers off my Jeep. It's "gated" but not really. The gates only block cars from driving in at night. People can walk in whenever they want. Not only all of that but someone has tried to break into my apartment. It was scary and I scared them off by yelling I have a gun and I'm not afraid too shoot. AND every single night a car alarm goes off. This is not a safe place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Go somewhere that's completely gated if you must live in Temecula. Trying to convince my husband to move elsewhere
Solana Ridge is in Temecula. This is a family-oriented apartment complex. There is a well-kept swimming pool. The basketball area and workout room is also well-maintained. Repairs can be submitted online. Repairs are taken care of in a quick manner. Rent also can be paid online. I have found the neighbors to be friendly and quiet.
Being newlyweds and having my husband gone all the time for training and deployments Solana Ridge has made me feel at home and safe! The new management has made great improvements and changes. They've updated the apartments, the fitness room, added a dog park and lounge area. They've redone the pool area with a brand new pool with an outdoor entertainment area with grills and TV's! You'll never have to leave your home but you'll still feel like you're in paradise! We also love the location of Solana Ridge! It's a perfect and comfortable commute for my husband to drive to base and for me to go to work. Everything is walking distance... shopping and dining! Ashley in the leasing department is amazing!
This is one of the better apartment communities in Temecula. They do respond if you have an emergency (no electricity , clogged toilet). Overall, they work to keep Solana Ridge clean and presentable. The pool is well kept. Overall, the neighbors are friendly and people tend to be quiet.
Solana Ridge is a beautiful complex with a caring staff. My fiance and I have been living here for 11 months and absolutely love our clean & spacious 1 bedroom. Our favorite part? The enormous patio. Maintenance Team is always happy to help anytime. Just a quick walk to shopping and dining. This gated community was the perfect space for our first year in California! Made us feel right at home. Even during construction, the staff has made a great effort to keep the community up to date & informed. Very Impressed!
