Solana Place at Carlton Commons

Best community to live in!! Moved in about a month ago. Wonderful office staff, Doug is just so helpful in our needs when needed. Absolutely wonderful! I love this community.

It's a quiet neighborhood. I love being close to all the fast food in town. I don't have to drive far to a local grocery store. Walmart is just down the street.

Response to email. I messaged Marrisa about an antenna she asked a question & left me hanging than quit. Poor customer service. I'd like an answer. Can I put an antenna? It would be behind my gate. ?

My family and I have made friends with our neighbors, the community is clean and peaceful with plenty of playgrounds for the kids. Overall, we have had a wonderful family experience in this community.

The neighborhood is very peaceful as well as the maintenance services are quick and friendly! The maintenance with landscaping is also well managed! I really enjoy it here!

Management, move in process, neighborhood, everything has been great. Happy to live here. Wife and kids are also very happy to live here. Great location.

Maintence is always on time , when you have a problem with one of the “ neighbors “ management is pretty well with getting the situation handled . I love how quiet the neighborhood is overall .

I love my new home , I love the community I feel safe and relaxed , the maintenance guy is great he stays on top of things , the leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful !! So far so good

Friendly neighborhood love the fact of the park is very close for the kids. Would like to see some more shade for the part especially during the summer but all in all we love the community

We love the community, everyone is friendly. It’s quiet and peaceful. I love that we get landscaping included and they come every month to make sure the yards look nice.

Convenient location, close to the schools and any shopping centers. Great starter home, office staff very pleasant, maintenance replies right away.

Just moved in in Nov 24. Trying to get settled. Only had a bit of trouble signing into the alarm company had to call ADT for help. Wind storm interrupted my internet but otherwise all has been good.

Everyone in the leasing office is awesome!! They are knowledgeable and always nice and willing to help! I recommend Solana Place at Carlton Commons if you are looking for a nice community that's clean, well managed, and a nice place to live.

Very nice community, relatively quiet and peaceful. Located in quiet area but close to the main stores. Community is connected through Facebook and community events.

I think the maintenance here is very well. Taken care of the ground are taking care of so well every Thursday and also like the people in front office they are so sweet and tend to whatever problems I have.

We have lived in a DR Horton home before and loved it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The office staff is helpful and friendly. They answered all questions quickly and honestly. Highly recommend living here.

we love living in the community. no complaints, no noise and so many children , to play outside with our kids, the park and the basketball court are a plus, the kids love going there when it cools down at night.

Over all great place and peaceful with a nice location for easy assess to grocery stores near by. Only issue i have is rude neighbors taking over your parking space with excessive vehicles.

It quiet and friendly. All my neighbors look out for each other and watch out for pets as well if they get out the gate. I even do taco Tuesday with one of them

From the day we toured everyone has been so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is very timely and incredibly nice and issues are handled so quickly. I have zero complaints and I have rented for many years in many places.

I love living at Solana Place, it’s such a wonderful community to be apart. It’s quiet,clean and everybody is so friendly . I would recommend this place to anyone .

I love the staff. They are attentative, and postive. I have a beautiful apartment home. The neighbors have been pleasant and children quiet.

Moving in was amazingly easy! Lisa and Kyera are the sweetest agents with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure of working. I like to stop by just to say “hi” occasionally just to laugh a bit with them. They always brighten my day. Paul in maintenance is great! He called to resolve our maintenance issue the same day but we missed him. It was just then that my phone went on the fritz so he couldn’t reach me til I visited Lisa. He came over the same day! I also had a maintenance request in for a loose gate latch. When he came for the other issue I asked him about it thinking it hadn’t been done. He said “I already did it.” and led me out to see it. I hadn’t even noticed him here. Obviously, my dogs hadn’t either! They send us emails to leave the outside lights on so they can check them. Most places you have to tell THEM! I’m excited about meeting all our neighbours! I feel really good and safe here!

This was one of the fastest and easiest process we ever experienced. Lisa & Kiara are both friendly. Doug the maintenance guy is on top of every move in request!! I’d highly recommend!!

The are are is extremely quiet , close to grocery stores and church. This is what seniors citizens wants for day-to-day living. I would say this is a very good are to livw in. Five stat rating to our opinion.

Really easy to get into. Office management is amazing. Really happy I moved in. Neighborhood is kept really clean. The maintenance is on point and always gets back to you in a timely manner.

Great opportunity , comfort of a new home. It has given me and my little family a peace of mind knowing we have our personal space in a new home.
