So far everything has been great! The apartment is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff has been helpful and friendly. Loving it so far!
Management and maintenance team do a great job! A lot of new improvements have been done in really appreciated. My only issue is elevator floors and floors need mopped more often. Is too many sloppy people.

Newly moved in,the unit itself is great, quiet community close by to everything seems like a great safe place. Met a few neighbors who were all very friendly, exploring the space for good spots for the dogs.

Parking sometimes is complicated. They have tons of garages and not enough parking spots. The gate is troublesome I have to take apart my keys to get in and if anyone visits the phone entry doesn’t work. You can only pay rent with credit or go out of your way to go to an Amscot. Staff is nice and amenities are nice. Pet spa often smells bad, it smelled like a dead animal for about a month when I first moved in. Apartment itself is nice.

Great location. Walking distance to Mote Marine, Popstroke, UTC & Benderson park. The community has fun events and neighbors are friendly. It’s a great place to live.

Overall good. Parking is inconvenient. Intercoms have frequent trouble. Maintenance is quick and communicative. Tyler in the office is the best.

I've visited a few friends that live here and recently toured the property myself with Jolyn. Jolyn answered all the questions I had during the tour and was great! There are a lot of amenities that they offer that I haven't seen at other places, like the game room and gym that had more equipment than other properties I've seen. The pool area is really nice with a lot of room, a bonfire and a grilling area. The location is great being close to UTC and Benderson Park as well. I'm still looking at a few other properties, but Solaire is at the top of my list.

Safe, clean, always smells nice walking into the building . Fast-acting maintenance staff with any apartment Issues. Office staff is friendly and accommodating.

It’s expensive and there’s not a lot of parking. At one point I had a negative experience with a member of management. Otherwise a nice place to live! I like the apartments and the nice big windows.

My wife and I have been here since they opened building number one. Which was over 4 years ago. We really enjoy our apartment and the view. Being on the fourth floor we're fortunate not to have any noise problems, Only occasionally. The only thing we would like to see done better, Is policing the floors and elevators better? Sweeping just doesn't work enough. They need to be washed. Front office people are great. The maintenance crew is outstanding. If you have a problem, they will take care of it pronto.

Great apartment and very good management team, unfortunately down side is not enough parking, got be parking at utc many times for not having enough parking here

I’ve been here almost 2 years, management changes every few months. The amenities are nice but there isn’t enough parking spots for residents and hardly any visitor parking. It can be noisy and the “secure luxury living” isn’t secure, hardly any outside doors have locks that work and the gate stays open 24/7.

I have lived at Solaire for one week. The staff an amenities are nice. I had a few issues with my apartment but the maintenance team responded to them quickly. Secure exterior doors to the building are a nice feature however, I would like more call boxes for guest entry. My one complaint is guest parking. Solaire strictly enforces towing, I know because a friend of mine that lives here and referred me has experienced it firsthand. That being said, there are only 15 guest parking spots for the entire community, which makes it extremely difficult when a friend comes over. The majority of the garages, which you have to pay for, have a tandem parking space and currently there is a waiting list, which I’m on. I’ll end on a positive note, my one bedroom unit has a full size washer and dryer which is great!

Within a day of move in any and all issues were taken care of in 24 hrs How refreshing for an apartment complex. All employees are very attentive and so nice. I would recommend Solaire and have already.

Just moved in, but so far so good. I have not had any problems that were not immediately addressed. The front desk staff have been more than helpful and courteous.

I love living here. It’s super convenient to everything. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. But none of the security features work. The gate doesn’t close and the doors in the buildings never lock. Parking is a nightmare sometimes.

Regarding the gate and building security concerns, we want to clarify that the gate was fixed right after the first storm, and any issues that arise are addressed in a timely manner, with vendor support as needed to provide the best possible service to our residents. The storm damage from last year did require replacement parts, but we work diligently to resolve all maintenance concerns as quickly as possible. We continue to monitor and maintain all security features to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our residents. We’ve only been here about 4 days but so far we love it. The community is so nice and well kept, residents are friendly, and front staff is always so helpful.

So far a great community with nice neighbors and friendly staff. We love the complimentary coffee. We sat in on our first community get together at the paint and sip. Met some nice folks . The complex is very close to work and we are enjoying walking to utc attractions.

I am loving my new apartment and the aray of amenities offered here at Solaire! The location is unbeatable with UTC Mall, shopping, food, & more all within walking distance. I did read the reviews prior to moving in but the office staff was very helpful with answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I may have had. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the property pristine. I would recommend Solaire to any family/friend looking for a new place to call home.

I love the complex and I love the staff! They have weekly cleaners that go through the buildings so it’s always well kept. The gate and doors haven’t worked since I moved in but that’s the only complaint I have.

Yes we really enjoy living here. The pool and Grill are a great way for us to unwind and relax. The fitness center is state of the art.,and I enjoy using it every day. The property is well maintained and landscaped giving us a nice sense of security.

Love the apartment! Hate everything else from the residents to the staff do not move here if u love to be left alone and mind your business! Neighbors aren’t friendly only a few, and they play nice nasty!

they should fix the front gate and back doors. also not let big commercial vans park in parking lot it is a eye sore but besides that everything is fine

Office staff and maintenance do a very nice job. Would like to see a little more noise control in the evenings. Very nice location close to a lot of restaurants and mall. Also, Benderson park is right around the corner.
