Property Ratings at SoLA
When I first moved into SOLA three years ago, it felt like a luxury community—well-maintained, clean, and worth the rent. Unfortunately, over time, it’s become clear that management has stopped caring. The upkeep has steadily declined, and what was once a high-end living experience now feels neglected. The common areas aren’t maintained as they used to be, things break and take forever to get fixed (if they ever do), and the general quality of the property has gone downhill. The luxury aspect they once advertised is completely gone, yet the rent keeps increasing as if nothing has changed. If you’re looking for a place that actually values its residents and maintains its standards, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. What was once a great community has sadly become just another overpriced, poorly managed apartment complex.

Not sure where to start. First of all, the office employees are very disorganized, and will take a long time to get any little detail done. Second, they have a beautiful pool, that I don't feel safe to use because every day is full of non-residents using it, residents give access to friends and people that live close by, sometimes there is this lady that comes with 10 kids that does not live here, even people that work in the mall close by, I have seen using the amenities, security is always on his phone and never check the pool to finds out if the people that are using it are residents who lives there. They have 5 floors of parking spaces, very unsafe, people run sometimes more than 30 miles in the corners, there is no bumps or corner mirror to check if someone is coming. Third they have been Promising fix the amazon hub for packages, however; it never got done, there are currently about 40 amazon packages on the floor at mailboxes (good luck when you need to find yours.) make sure you don't get an apartment close to the dog park cause the smells is so strong that sometimes we cannot even walk by. They will give you a parking spaces that are very far from your apartment. The place looks beautiful, however is terrible to live here, really wish I didn't not sign the lease, now we are stuck for one more year.
My family and I feel very happy and comfortable living here. Very peaceful and clean place.

Jefferson SoLA is a great luxury apartment home. It is great to have the amenities right by your home without having to drive elsewhere for them.
Its clean, spaces and located in a good area. Nice apartment complex and amenities. Its quiet and neighbors are friendly.
