I moved to Soho after my apartment was impacted by the tornado. There's a wide variety of amenities that are very nice and up to date. My move in was very last minute but they were able to accommodate me and my apartment was clean and ready. I truly wish I knew about Soho sooner and signed a lease here prior to my other apartment complex.

I actually found SoHo through an Instagram post about one of their pool parties—it totally caught my eye. I’ve been living here for about a month now and honestly, no regrets. The pool is hands-down my favorite part, but the sauna is right up there too. I haven’t seen another place in St. Louis that has both like this. Management’s on top of things, and the other residents are super friendly. Overall, I’m really glad I made the move.

My boyfriend and I moved to SoHo after our former building, a sister property, was damaged by a tornado. We initially felt hesitant due to some social media posts, but after two months here, we're super happy with our decision. The problems we read about online haven't been evident since we moved in. We especially love the pool, and the gym is a big improvement from our last building.

Beautiful building with amazing amenities including luxury events that Shiloh and Cassidy put on! They are always a a blast and probably my favorite part of SoHo!

This place is awesome. You start off with entering in a gorgeous lobby, equipped with a full café. They have a really cool we work area that makes doing my job from home Super easy. The pool is insane. The event planners, are awesome. And there’s like five events a month. From wine night to massive pool parties. The Apartments are amazing and equipped with all very new stuff. The staff is awesome! Highly recommend.

Ashley made our rental process super easy, walked us through everything! The offerings of this complex are resort level!! Luxury living for the everyday person!!

I moved into the SoHo and because of Brayden, the property manager, I have felt right at home. Also because I just moved here from out of town, the events and the weekend get-togethers have been absolutely perfect to help me meet new people. 10/10 would recommend!

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with competent staff. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I enjoy all the amenities at Soho and really enjoy the fitness center. I want to give a big "WOW" to Jose and Brayden. They have made my move-in really smooth and answered all my questions. I look forward to staying here for a while.

The pet park here is a pet owner's dream. My pup loves the turf playground and the pet spa.

The location here is unbeatable. I can stroll to the Soulard Market anytime, and the neighborhood's energy is infectious.

Living here feels like living in an resort. We have an super nice pool, gym, bowling alley, cafe, and basketball court. A lot of these reviews you see on here are from the beginning stages of move ins. Most of the stuff has been resolved and looks a lot better.

The building has a lot of hidden perks. It’s not just the amenities.The Resident Perks Card is a game-changer. I've saved so much with discounts at local venues.

The reviews here don’t make sense. Of course there is an lot of construction issues, but we all knew what we were getting into. I truly love my apartment. The amenities are top of the line. The maintenance is amazing, the management is great, and I’ve made so many friends already.

This is a hidden gem in Soulard! I wake up to stunning views of the Soulard Market every day. The VIP upgrades in my apartment make me feel like royalty.

Honestly the WeWork Business Center has been a game-changer for my remote work. Having a dedicated workspace with all the necessary amenities is a huge plus, exactly like what I was looking for. The community events also make it easy to meet new people and make friends.

This place truly feels like a community. The events they organize are so much fun, and it's great to connect with fellow residents. The staff, including Brayden, is always friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. At this point, I'm so used to the lifestyle it offers that I can't imagine living anywhere else.

As a fitness enthusiast, the fitness center is a dream come true! The boxing ring and state-of-the-art equipment make every workout enjoyable. Plus, the pool with a grotto is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Highly recommend their customer service to anyone looking for a vibrant living experience.

The location in Soulard is fantastic, with so many great restaurants and entertainment options nearby, now I don't even have to worry about surfing the internet to enjoy great food! The Sound Lounge events are always a hit, and the fitness center has everything I need for a great workout. A heaven for me!

I’ve been a resident for about 6 months and only have good things to say about SOHO. Alli, one of the property managers, does a great job setting you up in the building and helping with anything after the fact. The community is very welcoming, and my experience has been great!
