Moving to the Sofia was an excellent choice. We found the leasing office helpful and courteous, the amenities are delightful, and our maintenance requests were handled promptly.
We lived in the complex for almost 5 months and I can accurately tell you about the pros and cons 1) unfortunately, the territory of the complex is very, very dirty, dog poop and urine are everywhere (on the carpets in the building, in the area near the complex, in the internal parking lot). It feels like this is not a new complex, but an old one 2) the constant smell of cigarettes and grass in the evening every weekday, it’s simply unbearable, my child falls asleep with this smell. It is impossible to ventilate the bedroom before going to bed, much less sleep with the window open. They smoke on the street close to the building, but it all easily reaches the 6th floor. 3) very loud car sounds - the growl of a sports car engine in the middle of the night and the noise from people talking loudly late at night - this is unfortunately a common thing 4) cockroaches on the territory of the complex, we are walking the dog and they constantly crawl out onto the sidewalks from somewhere 5) very strong smell of garbage from the tanks 6) it looks like a solid concrete complex, but in fact it has the same problem with sound insulation as in ordinary old buildings 7) CONSTANT SMELL OF SEWER IN THE ENTRANCE AND FROM THE TAP WHEN WATER FLOWS, as well as on the landing! Pros: good location, quick access to the highways The price does not correspond at all to the quality of housing

I recently moved into Sofia in February 2025, and I’m thrilled to share my experience. From the very beginning, the move-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the property’s staff team. Manager Jeshel was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. Her warm demeanor and clear communication truly set the tone for a positive experience. Fernando and Joshua were also outstanding with the process as well. The apartment itself was spotless and move-in ready, which was pleasant. The building’s amenities, such as the gym, lounge, rec room, and swimming pool, are fantastic are additions that I look forward to using. Overall, my move-in experience was excellent, and I owe much of that to Manager Jeshel, Fernando, and Joshua. Their dedication and hard work made all the difference, and I would highly recommend Sofia to anyone looking for a new home. 5/5 stars!

Living here for 1 month. So far quiet, clean, and organized. More will come with experience.
Nice looking building inside and out. Depending on the model, bedrooms are average to spacious. Balcony has space for small furniture. Bedroom closets are not big enough. No specific storage space for laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. Shower heads are cheap, poor quality. Same with the bathroom faucets. Kitchen appliances are manageable, Whirlpool brand.
Sofia's leasing office is so great - Jeshel and Jenny are the best. The maintenance team is so great that they come in to fix any issues I have very quickly. Not to mention how great the community is.
