Overall rating We've lived in this complex since 2008 and for the most past its been a good experience. The corporation has changed hands several times and some owners have been better than others. Sofi is one of the good ones overall though I wish you would employ more maintenance workers.

There are a couple of things that I would like to see but in general we are very happy with our home here and we think the staff is great. My patio floods when it rains and stays flooded, doesn't drain. It seems that it should drain. I would like to see if that could be corrected.

Great environment. Great amenities especially washer and dryer if you have kids . Rent is high but that's common everywhere... and paying that price here would be good choice also because shops , freeway , schools are within 5 mile radius.

Do not move here
f you truly want to live in a smoke free apartment building, do not move here. You will experience no only cigarette smoke smell, but marihuana smell. If you care about your health or your family’s health, find another complex since management don't seem to care. It isn't them being affected… so they don't do anything about it.

Apartments are a great size and the area feels very safe, but for how much we pay there are definitely a lot of shortcuts taken when it comes to the quality of repairs and the interior of the apartments in general. Such as windows/doors being thin and cheap feeling, paint on the walls/cabinets is sloppy in some areas, baseboards having raw edges, windows and blinds are outdated, ect.

One of my few concerns has to do with the uneven sidewalks and large puddles that develop right outside our unit (477-102). The sidewalk is pitched downward toward the curb (where the sidewalk meets the short walkway to/from our unit), and you step into 6 inches of water sometimes. It's too large to cross over, so you end up getting your feet completely soaked. My husband is in wheelchair, and we have to cancel medical appointments when it rains due to fact that it's so difficult to get him into the wheelchair with that huge puddle. Wish units were more accessible for people who have mobility problems.

I have very noisy upstairs neighbors, (533, apt 204) & have had to have many conversations with the many occupants. It leads me to believe that sound is a problem. Possibly better insulation btw Apartments? Also the noise of A/C & Heater are very loud, actually need to turn up TV when they kick on. Previous Apartment Manager was not engaged & did not prioritize tenants. Bianca in office & all Maintenance Team are very good.
