I like the feel of a town inside the town of Vista. Beautiful surroundings, clean , organized, gated community with 24/7 maintenance available if needed. The apartment is just what I want nothing more and nothing less ! Garage was a surprise addition which really is great since there are always some things to store and of cause it keeps my car in better shape and safe too. First floor patio was my dream to get so can have few plants and sit and read a book. Vey light modern interior with latest a huge plus! W/D in apartment is convenient. Pool and fitness room are welcome so stay in shape ! I love it all ! Especially Belinda was super helpful and Jackie also accommodated our wishes to check out one more time even when arrived unscheduled. I?m so pleased and happy to join SOFI !

I would recommend the apartment complex but I wish my apartment was in working order before I moved in.
It's a really nice property with good amenities in a great location.
This is a past eval. There was no interaction for pool repair.
It used to be a lot cleaner. The dog poo is overwhelming and ruins a walk around the complex grounds. Heavy duty power tool use in some garages cause you to keep your windows closed due to the noise. The location is very convenient for accessing other resources.
Except for a few exceptions have had positive experience living here.

Anytime there is a maintenance issue it gets resolved quickly and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional.
The value of this community is immeasurable. From the staff, to the amenities, to the homes themselves, the quality is unmatched. I cannot wait to call Sofi home again.
The ownership and their decision making. I have had outstanding experiences with all employees on site. The actual site is lovely and well designed. Decisions made by ownership are questionable and annoying at times.

Open parking Is a huge disappointment, I would prefer designated spots so there is no worry.
The grounds were well kept. Return communications with the office were marginal at best. Could not use amenities due to covid (nobody's fault, but they were slow to remove amenity restrictions based on local area removing restrictions). Grounds and dumpster areas kept clean. Cost of apartment coincides with locale but exorbitant.
It's a nice community. The apartment is spaceous and upgraded. The walls are thick.

Sofi offers a lot of amenities and is very fun to live in most of the time. The only problem I tend to have with this place is the plumbing issues which have been a number of them since we moved in. Maintenance is always quick to take care of the problems though so it balances back out most of the time.
Great service. However don't like when water is shut off without notice even if for a brief time.
Sofi made my stay comfortable, which is a key to living in a place.

The appartment community was great. Very clean areas. Shelly made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful. Biliana and Shelly were both great help since I first talked to them over the phone.
Overall we are happy with Sofi. Only small issues that we see are the dog waste issue. I see emails going out, but there are gaps where additional stations and signs might help. Frustrating to those of us who always pick up after our dogs. Also, the fact that the clubhouse closes so early. Makes most of the facilities useless to people who work regular office hours, we really can only use the facilities during the day on the weekend.

Tenent's service needs often requires numerous follow ups from our side, before getting proper attension.
I would because it's the best place and I love it, but would not bc despite being great apartments the price is very high and exceeds the value
I have found that people drive faster than they should with kids and pets being present. I have personally seen drivers going well over 25 mph throughout community on a daily basis. most average 15+ mph. Recommend speed bumps to keep speeds below 10 mph.
Best complex I've lived in so far. Clean, courteous, quick.
The maintenance is always amazing here. So based solely on that yes.
Everything is well maintained and the office personnel are friendly and get the job done.
Community reasonably quiet, however, traffic on Thibodo as a "cut through" to HWY 78 in morning and evening with cars gunning their engines as they go up to MarVista is noisy and potentially dangerous.
Apartments are beautiful and well maintained. it doesn't feel like an apartment, it feels like a home.
