Great Place to Live We love living at Sofi Danvers! Our neighbors have become friends and it is a great community. The grounds are kept beautifully, and Maintenance is great at responding to issues when they come up.

Maintenance was fine, office was not I asked the office twice to put in a maintenance request, because our toilet in guest bathroom was broken, they never did, I have a new phone & residence app was not on it Finally talked to maintenance (after 5 days) they said they had no request & put one in myself online came that day

garbage disposal repair Fixed in a timely manner. Worked cleanly and left my apartment neat and tidy.

I have lived here for 13 years, and I’m truly happy here for the rest of my years! Nick and his team are amazing at completing all task and projects that need his attention. Prompt, skilled and very pleasant, they get the job done quickly and and correctly. Thank you everything, my wonderful team!

Great experience! The experience of moving in here has been amazing. Everyone at the front desk has been super helpful and maintenance has been really great with fixing some things that were not done before the move-in.

Seeing the effort…. Property management is investing and making improvements, changes are obvious and appreciated after years of seeing mismanagement and property improvement projects fall through the cracks. However, the new trash and recycle situation is abysmal. We as residents fully understand the economics behind condensing down to two standalone units on the property, but it’s is INCREDIBLY inconvenient, especially in the winter being all the way across the property. It’s not as simple as “just toss the stuff in your car and throw away on your way off the property.” We realize that residents had abused the dumpsters in the past and having trash/recycle on the properties a privledge, and individuals were leaving refuse everywhere for workers to pick up, but this has created a brand new issue with residents and refuse in apartments. I don’t see how this is tenable long term without continued negative feedback from the community.

Management and Maintenance I had a maintenance request in reference to loud sink drain thumping noise the night before they came right away I also had a clogged toilet bowl on occasion so they were able to check my drains within a very reasonable amount of time! The next day! Very satisfied now! I know when I put a maintenance request they come As soon as possible! Can't say enough about this place I love living here at Sofi Danvers!! Come check them out!' !!

Rat infested, overpriced, non compliant management and disgusting buildings. I am sorry to say I ignored all of the Red flags. There was a rat in the leasing office the day I came to sign paper work but I gave them a chance. A rat my first week moving in which the solution was just sticky traps. My lock stopped working and they broke it down and it is now barely working. The ELEVATOR has been broken for more than 2 weeks management has vague updates. I witnessed an older man take 30 minutes to get to the 4th floor. The summertime was full of police calls and pool fights.There is a huge hole on the side of building 3 that was never taken care of and I’m sure it’s messing with the safety and structure of the building. This complex is literally the projects. Only time you can contact management is by showing up in person. I will not be renewing my lease , nothing about these apartments are a LUXURY.

I recommended highly because of security freedom of our kids to play every where and our community to respect each other.

The dog poop not being picked up is a huge problem. More emails need to address it, and heavy fines instilled.

I park in the back of the building...it's disgraceful out there. Rubbish, dumpster area, entry way

Compared to other places I have lived, this apartment is nice. There are some handy work issues and it is a bit pricey, but it is still rather nice. Being close to the highway helps as well.

RIght now I feel the quality of other tenants has gone down. They don't have respect for the property (ie picking up their trash or their dog poop) and that bothers me. They leave stuff lying out in the halls in front of their doors, throw trash in the recycle bin...just small details that matter.

The grounds could be cleaner. There' trash around the complex that people either leave or gets blown out of the dumpsters.

Yes, for convenience. No, for shabby hallways and trash pickup.

Overall, our experience here over the last 15 years has been good.

Since the new management took over, the complex is much cleaner. So, if it stays the same, will definitely recommend.

Its nice and quite and peaceful. management makes sure residents adhere to the rules and not disturb other residents. that is very important.

Its pricey, there are issues with trash at times and a lack of respect for the property by other tenants. This may be common to apartment life but something I'm not use to.

I would recommend the apartment because it has all the needs you need.

I’ve lived here for the last year and the person that sticks out to me the most is Annette she works in the leasing office and she was the first person we met here during our tour . I have lived at a lot other apartment buildings and she is the best. She is always reliable and she’s always willing to help out along with the rest of the staff that work for Endicott Green. My mom & I lived here in a 2BR, 2BA and never had an issue with the apt., maintenance, or staff. The staff was always available to answer your questions. The maintenance crew were very helpful whenever I had an issue like installing a special hand shower for my mom. They were able to open a kitchen draw that I couldn't open because I had overloaded it. I tried for two days and finally gave up. I was so embarassed and was told to call right away next time, these things happen to anyone. They were very nice about the whole thing. I also had a garbage disposal replaced immediately. Window blinds were also replaced without question. I parked in the garage and didn't have any issues. The rooms and bathrooms as well as the closets are spacious. The balcony is a terrific addition and is very sturdy. A cement floor not wooden planks makes it ideal. Do I miss it? Absolutely!

We love living in Endicott Green. We have two young children and it’s just the type of place you want them to be. Mike and the maintenance team are always very quick and friendly. It is so convenient to have them help us when you need it. Thanks e.g. for being the best

My mother and I have been residents for over 8 years and could not be more satisfied all around. The Office staff (Angel,Annette, and Diane) are exceptional, and are always there to assist. The maintenance staff are very efficient in completing work orders for us in a timely manner and always done right the first time. I feel safe and happy at my residence and in these times that is of the utmost importance.

For 10 years I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. My son, now 14, has always felt safe here, as well as myself. Most apartment complexes are very transient, but not here. I am one of many 10+ years here. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. Annette will always greet you with a warm smile and Diane is just a love!! In 10 years we've had three property managers, one of which was the assistant property manager. Our new manager, Angel, is doing a lot of improvements in the short time he has been here! Thank you!!! They are always looking to improve amenities and they keep the property clean and well maintained. As far as the maintenance department Mike has been a staple since the place was built and is great!! He's so helpful and efficient! Tony and Aaron are great too! All in all I have enjoyed living here very much and would recommend this community to anyone! Kids and dogs are very welcome here too!!

I moved here 2 years ago and I’ve never lived in apartment complexes. Didn’t think I was going to like it but I love it. The management here is amazing. Always doing their best to help you out if you have a problem. Management is great as well. You have a problem? They are right on it .

I have lived here for about or around 5 years now. It was the best decision I could have made. My neighbors became family, the kids play all together, the office is super nice, Mike and the Maintainance team is awesome! Even the littlest of problems get fixed ASAP. It’s a wonderful place to live. Angel the property manager is extremely nice. I give EG a 5 star in my book! :) #lovewhereyoulive

I just moved here 2 months ago and it is a very nice community. They offer a lot of amenities that other communities do not. For example, I love that they have a 24-hour gym. I like to work out late so they really accommodate me by one not having to buy a gym membership and two being able to go anytime I'd like! Everyone I have seen in the halls or parking lot say hello and are very friendly! Makes me feel like I belong here :) Also, Annette was very helpful during move in. We had to move in quickly and she made our process extremely easy!

I have only been a resident here for 3 months and I am very impressed with my experience. Unfortunately, I had a maintenance emergency my second week of living here. I panicked because it involved a lot of water going on the floor (my fault). I couldn't find the maintenance number so I called the main office. They helped me calm down and called maintenance right away. I swear they came the second I hung up with her. Fixed everything right away and no issues after that. I also had a few repairs that needed to be done that were not an ER. I put in the request, which was an easy process, they were at my apartment within a day of the request. Another incident was when I had a package delivered to the wrong building. Everyone at the front office was right on it to help me find it, and I did! Overall everyone that lives here is super friendly, it's a very quite community, and most of the people I have talked to have lived here for years! I look forward to being one of those lifers. I definitely recommend this property.

My family and I have enjoyed living here for the last 2 years. We are always welcome by staff, maintenance respond quickly and the complex is always clean. I feel safe when my kids are outside playing as all the neighbors look out for one another! Great community!

My boyfriend and I love it here. There's a real sense of community. The office works very hard at keeping things clean and providing opportunities for neighbors to interact with one another. So far every month there's been a community event. The neighbors are friendly, the building we're in is quiet and the apartments are spacious. The snow removal so far has been excellent and there's plenty of parking spaces. Its only been 2 months and of course all of this can change but so far it feels like home.

My wife and I lived here while we waited to move into our new home. Annette could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and making sure that we had everything we needed. It was a short stay - but a great stay. Thanks again, Annette.

We were looking to move to the Peabody area from out of state for business. Looked at many apartments in the area. Found that Endicott Green was competitively priced, very well appointed and maintained, but most of all the people were great! Annette was so helpful and understanding. Changing states and going back into apartment life was tricky, we owned in another state, but Annette was so patient with me. If you are looking for a stylish, clean place to live with great people stop in and see Annette!!

I recently moved in to Endicott Green and couldn't be happier with my experience. Annette, Paula and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I put in a maintenance request through the easy to use portal and not only was it taken care of within minutes but Annette called to follow up that it was done. I couldn't ask for a better or friendlier community!

Endicott Green continues to be a great first apartment for my family and I. The units are spacious with up to date appliances. The in-unit washer and dryer are a huge plus!!! I'm also quite fond of the location, conveniently located right off of Route One makes travel quite easy. The community feel is just another great bonus. My friends and family who visit us comment on the close knit culture! I am happy to be living here, we feel right at home.

I have been a resident here at Endicott Green in Danvers ..This complex is wonderful the office staff is great and the mtnce staff is right on the ball While driving into this complex you will see a beautiful area of trees and well kept flowers. I have been here for 5 years and feel right at home . This complex is close to everything.. the grounds are perfect.. the pool is well kept and cleaned daily..when having to deal with the office staff they are courteous and well mannered. The bldgs and elevators are kept cleaned . Happy to be a residen here come and join this great complex

I have been at Endicott Green for nine years. The property is well kept and the staff is excellent. The community feels like family and my neighbors are also wonderful! A great place to live!

We found Endicott Green when we were unexpectedly displaced from our previous home. Once we knew we would never be able to return we began our search for a new home and found Endicott Green. From the very beginning the staff at Endicott Green have demonstrated understanding and compassion for our unique situation. From the office staff to the maintenance folks, everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive in all of their interactions with residents. We are now settling into our new home here. We love it and hope to stay here a long time. The apartment is very nice, well built, and our floor is very quiet. Thank you Endicott Green for everyone's kindness and professionalism.

I am writing this review after being a resident here at Endicott Green for almost 9 years my wife and had never lived in a apartment complex before we sold our home and moved in 9 years ago thinking we would look the housing market over here in Danvers and find our new dream home so we really didn't expect to be long term residents here at Endicott Green, but as time went on we realized that Endicott Green was not your average run of the mill apartment complex no not even close. We found that our lifestyle fit in perfectly with what they offered and it`s so nice to be able to travel come and go as we please without worrying about everything else. The apartment we have is as nice or better than most of the Condo`s in the area and we also under ground parking in our building 2 bedrooms 2 baths a deck beautiful kitchen and living room the Management here is top of the line they keep the property clean and safe the Maintenance Dept. is friendly and very efficient and rent is in line with other properties in the area however they don`t compete with all the amenities you get here at Endicott Green included in your rent is the health club with top notch equipment a recreation room with pool table and big screen TV a function room with a fire place to handle large parties available at a very reasonable rate and a beautiful swimming pool area with built in gas cooking stations comfortable chairs and tables for dinning and all surrounded by beautiful flowers and landscaping plenty of guest parking and neat and clean year round again this review is based on 9 years of living here and we couldn't be happier come join the community you will be happy you did.

My work assigment was, I initiated my search via apartment.com and zip code, I came across Endicott Green apartment, I liked the pictures and all the view posted and I proceeded to call, Costumer service was impressive, (I am a very difficult person)and yet I found costumer service impressive specially the representative - Annette, her voice was calm, I detailed my must have and deal breaker, Annette catered to my list with professionalism she made sure I was satisfied, even better when I came in person she presented choices in detailed, between her and her manager Paula I can say they went above and beyond. All with integrity and professionalism. I will absolutely recommend the apartments to anyone I know

Attentive Staff; excellent maintenance, pet friendly, quiet interiors, and community involvement through the year. Love living here. Two years and very happy. Great room recently refurbished, pool, exercise room and a pool table to enjoy. Walking paths, dog run with training equipment. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Endicott Green!

I've lived here for a year now and couldn't be happier! As stated in other reviews, the grounds are kept up, the maintenance is efficient and quick to solve any repairs. The office staff are more like a concierge with package collections, answering questions, planning get togethers and always friendly. The gym feels like a private hotel gym with water tanks and wipes! The pool has sufficient lawn chairs, grills, trees if you want shade. Easy access to Boston on Hwy 1. Nice neighbors from all walks of live who are friendly, courteous and respectful. Very positive here!

Hello my name is James and my wife and I have lived here for the last 8 years and we love it here the complex is kept in excellent condition summer and winter the Maintenance Dept.is friendly and very accommodating and the Office Staff is very Efficient and Convenient the apartments are clean bright and comfortable it is pet friendly community that is well run and feels like home the pool and function aria is in excellent condition and very well maintained with plenty of convenient parking it`s a great location with easy access to Boston and the Beaches to the North we call it home and we think you will to come see for yourself
