Love living here, could use some upgrades, i think when been for a few years they need to change out your carpet, after 8 years it's beginning to look ruff. Refrigerator and stove could use a up grade. Things do wear out over time.

Ants have invaded my apt and that sucks but as always grounds are beautiful and love that I’m able to have my animals with me. My doggie loves the grounds as well!!!

Submitted a maintenance request about needing my toilet repaired. They called and scheduled for maintenance to come 2 days later. I took the day off work and maintenance never came. I messaged them 3 days later and was told they had an emergency come up and would call back to get me on the schedule. It has been 2.5 weeks since I submitted the request and still have not had the problem resolved.

Rent is too expensive, and they raise the price yearly. Constant emails for unnecessary things. They have changed resident portal apps 6 times in the 3 years I lived there. The outside flood lights shine into your rooms and patios. Loud.

We have lived here for just shy of 2 years. We enjoy this area, the amenities and our neighbors. Our requests for maintenance issues have been taken care of pretty quickly over the past few months which is an improvement from the past. They have been making lots of cosmetic upgrades to various areas. Rent is pretty pricey and goes up with each lease renewal. The apartments are older and the costs better align with what would be asked of new units. We do enjoy some of the activities like food trucks and holiday events that they have at the office.

The leasing process was smooth and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When we first moved in, we experienced some pretty significant issues under the previous management team. However, since the new management has taken over, Lacey has been working to help get everything resolved. I had the opportunity to meet with the new property manager, Lacey, and she genuinely seems committed to making things better for the residents. She’s clearly working hard—putting in long hours and actively listening to concerns from the community. Work orders are now being handled much more quickly, and we’ve already seen several positive changes, including new mailboxes, a beautiful new pickleball court, and ongoing upgrades inside the units that make a huge difference. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the community continues to improve in the coming months!

Dont get me wrong. I believe this place has so much potential, but they overcharge their existing residents and then never take care of them! Why do I see prices online for the same apartment for 300 dollars cheaper than what i pay? Ive only lived here a year! Ive put in numerous work orders just for them to cancel them months later after all but ignoring us. Our first year was great, we were treated well and our work orders were worked on immediately. They focus on getting new residents in and making them happy, but lose sight of their already existing tenants. I have heard second hand from my neighbors that they would report mold and all the maintenance team has done is scrape it off and then paint over it with paint that doesnt seal said mold away. Really wish they treated us better!

Most recently, the lock on our front door broke. We couldn't leave the residence unlocked, so my wife contacted Maintenance for assistance. He came quickly and put in a brand new lock on our front door. Great job and very much appreciated.

The office staff are awesome! They try and take care of everyone! I am not thrilled with certain residents parking wherever they want, in my spot, leaving cars that don’t belong there on a consistent basis.

We have had a rough start since moving here in October. We have called and requested, more than once, about getting new kitchen appliance as our are outdated and not working properly. We were told after 15 days late on rent, they will file for eviction and charge an extra $550, which is their choice; however, the haste is not there when it comes to maintaining the apartments or the offices ability to handle questions in a timely manner. We have a window upstairs that isn’t installed properly, our door has a huge gap and we have watched several spiders and other bugs come through, and the cabinets and floors all need to be replaced. The amenities are good, not great… also, if you have an emergency you get sent to a phone answering service across seas and the put an order in for you, you don’t actually get to talk to anyone.

Love it! We have lived here for two years and have really enjoyed it so far. The office personnel are always friendly and willing to help with any problems you have and maintenance problems are always fixed.

Good, quiet, chill neighborhood to live in. Pretty safe as well, and pet friendly which is a plus. I would say that the appliances and speed at which maintenance gets to you are the main cons. The insides of the apartments are rough and very outdated.
