I cannot commend the staff of Smoky Crossing enough. Steffanie, Courtney, Rebecca, April, and Tony have been incredible. Life is not perfect and we had some unfortunate circumstances that were handled with compassion and action. I'm tremendously grateful. I've never lived in an apartment/townhouse community before and the above named staff, each one, has made this difficult transition so much easier because of their kindness, helpfulness, and and professionalism. It is very clear that they care about this community.

Things appear to be improving slowly. Wishing they would've fixed our door with more than just weather stripping. The sun and us using the door has already made it so it is falling off. Other than that, things seem okay.

Love living here, could use some upgrades, i think when been for a few years they need to change out your carpet, after 8 years it's beginning to look ruff. Refrigerator and stove could use a up grade. Things do wear out over time.

Ants have invaded my apt and that sucks but as always grounds are beautiful and love that I’m able to have my animals with me. My doggie loves the grounds as well!!!

I love the community. The office staff is super nice and friendly. The neighbors that we have are usually pretty easy to get along with. I only have one neighbor that’s an issue.

Submitted a maintenance request about needing my toilet repaired. They called and scheduled for maintenance to come 2 days later. I took the day off work and maintenance never came. I messaged them 3 days later and was told they had an emergency come up and would call back to get me on the schedule. It has been 2.5 weeks since I submitted the request and still have not had the problem resolved.

Rent is too expensive, and they raise the price yearly. Constant emails for unnecessary things. They have changed resident portal apps 6 times in the 3 years I lived there. The outside flood lights shine into your rooms and patios. Loud.

We have lived here for just shy of 2 years. We enjoy this area, the amenities and our neighbors. Our requests for maintenance issues have been taken care of pretty quickly over the past few months which is an improvement from the past. They have been making lots of cosmetic upgrades to various areas. Rent is pretty pricey and goes up with each lease renewal. The apartments are older and the costs better align with what would be asked of new units. We do enjoy some of the activities like food trucks and holiday events that they have at the office.

The community seems very nice. It’s clean, well kept, and lots of amenities! I love that it’s so close to schools for my children and also the park is right next door!

The leasing process was smooth and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When we first moved in, we experienced some pretty significant issues under the previous management team. However, since the new management has taken over, Lacey has been working to help get everything resolved. I had the opportunity to meet with the new property manager, Lacey, and she genuinely seems committed to making things better for the residents. She’s clearly working hard—putting in long hours and actively listening to concerns from the community. Work orders are now being handled much more quickly, and we’ve already seen several positive changes, including new mailboxes, a beautiful new pickleball court, and ongoing upgrades inside the units that make a huge difference. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the community continues to improve in the coming months!

Absolutely love the community and the townhome! We are thankful to be here and are having so much fun already discovering new things around! It's really quiet and peaceful most of the time.
