---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: ---- We will begin to show this apartment on Feb. 14 Apartment can be accessed with no stairs. There are 3 steps required to access the laundry room. Small dogs with additional $30 monthly fee added to the rent. Sorry, no cats or other animals ALL perspective tenants need to schedule and attend a showing of the apartment before an application will be processed. Meet the Agent at the door next to the mailboxes. Please do not disturb the current tenants by going to the apartment at anytime other than your scheduled showing time. Please do not look in windows, knock on the doors, or walk around the outside of the building without a leasing agent with you. 16 Minutes from Forest Hill. 22 Minutes from Town center Bel Air. 34 Minutes to APG North. 42 Minutes to Towson or Lancaster. 47 Minutes to York PA. Even though this old school has been converted to apartments, it still maintains it's original school house charm. It still has original wide open stairways and hallways. The classrooms remain intact with only the bedroom and bathroom walled off. Many have the original doors and transoms along with original wainscoting and chalkboards. The apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors have soaring ceilings and huge windows letting in an abundance of natural light. There are over 5 acres of property with adjacent hiking trails. Designed by Otto G. Simonson, one of Maryland's best known early 20th century architects. Simonson designed the Slate Ridge School in 1911, when he had already designed a number of public and private buildings in Baltimore. The Slate Ridge School is an unusual example of Simonson's talents applied to the design of a smaller building in a rural setting. Although two other early 20th century school buildings survive in northern Harford County, neither approaches the architectural character of the Slate Ridge School.
