Hallandale Beach provides a gorgeous and modern oceanfront setting a few miles north of Miami. Casinos, shopping, dining, and gorgeous beaches make up just a few of the things this city offers its residents. People from surrounding areas flock to Hallandale Beach for its convenient shopping and great food. Residents have everything from ramen, Argentinian food, seafood joints, and cafes to enjoy.
Honeycombed with canals, you can take a trip around most of this town by boat or take the more traditional method via car along Ocean Drive and Highway 1. The city is located 20 minutes south of the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport as well as two seaports: Port Everglades and the Port of Miami. Waterfront fun is offered by pristine beaches, lakes, and canals that make every activity from suntanning to boating popular. The other parts of Hallandale Beach are made up of residential avenues holding well-manicured lawns and ranch-style homes.

Property Ratings at Slate
A beautiful and peaceful community with a friendly atmosphere. The pool is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. There are plenty of fun events to help you connect with neighbors, and the gym is fully equipped for all your fitness needs. Highly recommend!
Although marketed as a 'luxurious and sustainable' residence offering resort-level service, the reality falls short of these grandiose claims. The untidy bedding casually strewn across the balcony not only contradicts the promised opulence but also calls into question the establishment's commitment to cleanliness and meticulousness. Such oversights significantly diminish the allure of an otherwise breathtaking view. Furthermore, the establishment's motto of being 'small yet detailed' seems to have been forgotten somewhere along the way. Despite multiple reports to a front desk that also serves as concierge, package handling, and security, there appears to be a concerning understaffing issue. With 250 apartments at a 90% occupancy rate, it's puzzling that budget constraints are cited as a reason for not hiring additional personnel.
