Skyview Heights

We recently moved to Sky View Heights from out of state, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the application process was seamless and stress-free. Amanda and Sabrina were incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful guiding us every step of the way and making us feel truly welcomed. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—just like the pictures, if not better. Everything is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, both inside and out. As a family relocating from another state, we were nervous about the transition, but Amanda and Sabrina made it an easy and enjoyable one. We’re so grateful to have found a place that already feels like home. Highly recommend Sky View Heights to anyone looking for a welcoming community and a beautiful living space!

Lived here for two years and I'm just not happy how things are. First let's start with seeing dog poop every now and then on the grass. Oh and the lawn people are pretty trashy people when it comes to mowing the lawn once a week. Oh and not thrilled that you gotta listen to race cars go insane at the race way park in the middle of the night. Oh and another thing is how gross some times the garage is when it's full. Also not to happy that there's a prison across the street. Parking is just insane as well when you live here. Oh and people that live here don't like to comply with the noise ordnance. This place is not a good or happy place to live at.

Skyview is a clean and safe community to live in. The apartments are luxurious and offer a nice home for the foreseeable future. I can’t imagine living in a better apartment complex than this one. I’d pick Sky view again if I had to.

Skyview Heights is refreshing. Nice atmosphere feels sophisticated. Management and maintenance are knowledgeable and friendly!

Skyview is just an overall great experience, I couldn't ask for any better. From the actual units to all the great amenities you get and the location of Skyview is just amazing. I would one hundred percent recommend skyview to anyone.

No parking, trash is always full and can't put any inside of it, can't have a BBQ always dog poop In the grass. Just not a good place to live

We have lived in the apartment for just over a year and have loved it! The property staff are super helpful and very quick to respond! Overall, I would recommend Skyview as your next home!

Great community to live in would be nicer if we had more parking. The neighbors are great and really helpful. Would love to see a larger grill area in the future.

I have now been at Skyview Heights for about two weeks. So far the management and staff have made the move and living here extremely easy and enjoyable. I love my new apartment: It has all the features that I was looking for in an apartment--especially in the kitchen--and is wonderfully modern. The community is quiet but very nice. I look forward to my next months here and believe that they will be as enjoyable as the process thus far has been.

The staff here at Skyview is 10/10. They make sure you are settled into your new apartment comfortably and make sure your needs for the apartment are met. Not only is the staff great but the apartments are really nice inside. It’s definitely a modern up to date look. I would recommend living here.

I knew the moment I first walked in that this would be my home. The kitchen is my favorite room. It doesn't look like an apartment but a house. All the rooms are big and comfy. I have met my neighbors and they are very nice.

No concerns here. Going on my Second year, and it’s been peaceful and quiet. Convenient for me as a bus stop is right out my apartment, and now that it’s getting dark apartment is lit it up

The apartments are so nice, all our neighbors are very kind, and our lawns are always well maintained. I am so glad I decided to move here with my roommates for college as our experience had been nothing but positive.

They take care of the property, I feel safe, it’s clean, the office is amazing with what they offer with a snack bar and coffee / soda bar, random events, and how they help.

I love my new apartment. The perfect amount of space for my daughter and I. It’s been very quiet in the neighborhood. My daughter enjoyed the pool when we first moved in August! I love everything about this place!

I have really enjoyed staying at these apartments. The apartments are clean and the management is responsive.

It’s a nice environment and the leasing office is very friendly. The outside of the apartment is always very clean and whenever i need maintenance done at my apartment they are always quick to fixing it

Very nice staff! Always helpful. I do wish the swimming pool was open but it took forever to build. I also wish there was more pathways in the grass for people to walk around

I love living here, the apartments are so beautiful, spacious and so easy to keep clean. The gym is fantastic, the pool will open soon and I will really enjoy exercising in there. I really like the location of the apartment, you aren't going to be surrounded by a lot of huge buildings. I'm a plane enthusiast and so I enjoy watching the air force and commercial jets fly in and out.

I lived here for 3.5 months and so far I’ve been very happy. The office and maintenance staff quickly responds to my emails and requests. The grounds are well maintained and I feel safe living here.

Great apartment, great people in the office, great environment. I absolutely love it here so far and I can’t wait to enjoy my year here, 10/10 experience so far!

There is plenty that I love here. New dryer and washer the ac haven’t been an issue and water has been working perfectly. Overall great apartments! Only issues I’ve had here is that the walls are thin and I’ve had issue with Mail.

Leasing/maintenance office has been very attentive and respond to all request and inquiries promptly. Community is very clean and quiet! Layouts are spacious and apartments feel luxurious in comparison to comps in the area.

Everything is great besides the thin walls we moved I. Recently and the smell of dog is strong in the carpets and I’ve noticed dog hair on the crevices of the apartment I feel as though all of that should’ve been cleaned prior to moving in

Amanda is amazing! She went above and beyond for us!! She makes living at Skyview Heights exciting super quick to responding and extremely understanding! We weren’t aware we would be living in an ADA apartment. We did address Amanda with our concerns she tried her best to resolve them but we preferred the bottom floor because our kiddos run around a lot other than living in an ADA apartment and missing out on the standard features of a regular apartment isn’t that bad we finally got used to it living in an ADA apartment. Amanda is truly the best! So is the maintenance man he is quick to scheduling an appointment that works best for me! Love it here neighbors are amazing!

The apartments are gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. It’s located in a pretty quiet neighborhood & has great amneties! We fell in love with the apartment right away & has brand new washer & dryers & my favorite part is the balcony. It is very spacious & has lots of storage in the apartment.

It’s been great! Peaceful and helpful staff! Whenever we have questions or concerns, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful! Very friendly environment!

To be honest I love this complex and it's a rather calm environment kind staff. It's just am overall good experience and I couldn't have asked for a better complex to have my first apartment in lol

The entire complex is extremely clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartments are spacious, updated, and well maintained.

Parking is absolutely awful. The units are not built well, paper thin walls, loud neighbors, expect to have someone come into your apartment at least once a month for “servicing”.

Skyview apartments are absolutely stunning! We love living here. The location to the shops, work, etc is very convenient. Thank you Sarah and Amanda for making the whole experience so easy, from the tour to the move in.

The apartments are well laid out and comfortable. I can’t wait until the pool/spa is done.

It is definitely the people who are taking care of the place. They put people first and I feel valued as a resident of the community. They say that they’re getting it done and they do unlike most politicians.

It is a great place for young people to get out and spread their wings!

Skyview apartments are the utmost in luxury living right now! Affordable living, great amenities, lovely neighborhood. I love airplanes so I'm happy to be back under the flight path. Close to the Base and the airport. One huge factor is the heat pump system, most everything built in the Spokane area, uses baseboard and a/c. Depending upon where you are, which electric company you have, it could cost hundreds of dollars a month or not.

Skyview is a beautiful residence! Anyone would be lucky to live here.

Skyview Heights is a new Apartment complex with all the new stuff, from appliances, cabinets, and even a good sized island! Amanda and Jeremy have been better than you could ask for. They are super friendly, professional, and timely with all of my needs! Jeremy does a great job at maintaining the apartments and Amanda keeps the community together by staying involved and hosting a positive atmosphere at the clubhouse. My apartment is incredibly spacious and has vaulted ceilings (upstairs). It is pet friendly, close to the Air Force base and everything you need in town. For an apartment, the balcony is pretty big! Great for grilling and enjoying the seasons. You won't find a better apartment in Airway Heights to call home!

Never lived anywhere this nice, the ac system takes a bit of getting used to but it works great when you get it dialed in for what you want

Living in Skyview has been very pleasant for our family. Nice neighbors, staff and pet friendly even at the office. Can't wait for the completion of the whole area to be done. Thank you

These apartments are brand new, the quality is amazing and they are such stunning apartments.

Skyview just rocked my expectations of apartment living out of the ballpark! Like I mentioned earlier, the apartments themselves are new, extremely well built, quiet because of the sound proofing, in a convenient location, and there's a respectful community here.

It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s affordable, it’s spacious, & it’s in Airway! Me and my Wife love it.

The apartments are very nice. All of the appliances are modern and smart which is super nice. The heating/cooling systems are different from what I am used to, but they work very well. I definitely recommend this apartment.
