Skyridge Club Apartments

I rented here for 1 year. Signing a lease that long was a real mistake. This place is the worst place I have ever rented at. The office staff is absolutely rude and threatening. Jessica or whatever her name is has a very bad attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I LOVE it here. Maintenance is fabulous. The office staff is fabulous. Everyone goes above and beyond, and are always friendly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. I especially love the events they put on every month.

I have yet to come across any staff member - sales, accounting, maintenance, who does not have a pleasant and helpful demeanor. My apartment is perfectly suited to me with all the amenities I want. The only reason I give it 4 stars out of 5 is that some things could use a little updating.

Just moved in to my first apartment ever and it is wonderful. Location is great for convenience. Everything in apartment is new and the few things concerns I had were addressed in timely manner. No problem with noise from other apartment. Very happy.

My complex is great, but my unit is just ok, nothing too upgraded for features within. The staff and maintenance are awesome, very responsive and positive. Lots of events for the complex also and my experience has been positive, but for the $$, it's not that great of a value!

Pretty good complex. We've never had any major problems or issues. We've been here a year and a half and just renewed our lease for another 14 months. The only complaint is that there are a lot of residents with dogs and they do not pick up after them.

Skyridge Apartments is like living in a neighborhood, you can walk down the road and know your neighbors and feel safe! The key points that makes Skyridge Apartments different then others is the leasing office staff, maintenance team, and the apartment grounds. When I frist toured Skyridge the office staff were welcoming and understanding of my situation. They showed me what was in my price range without pressuring me. They also informed me about the monthly activities that they held at their club house and on and off the apartment grounds. Some of the activities that caught my attention were the pancake breakfast, bingo, belly dancing, and volleyball gatherings. Once I moved into my apartment I had some maintenance requests and were able to get a hold of the maintenance team right away. They were able to fix both my small maintenance requests the same day and the next day my big one. Last, the apartment grounds are always well maintained. The grass is cut in the summer, the snow is removed in the winter and they plant flowers around the buildings. I feel like Skyridge Apartments is my home and I'm happy that I made the right choice to live here.

Maitenance is always on top of requests, they get things done quickly! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, great neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The location is central to LITH and Crystal Lake which is extremely convenient!

The location, staff, and maintenance esp. Brian (I believe is his name) has been very good. Noise is the lowest ever and is very quiet. Very good. Issue is the windows are very cheap and cold air blows in and the blinds provided do not close well either louvered up or down and privacy is a concern, as is the cold air that blows in. I do recommend the place.
