Customer service is pretty good it’s just the maintaining of the actual property and / or apartment that I’m not happy about I’m currently dealing with water leaking from the wall and ceiling into my apartment and my carpet smells and I know mold will be next and/ or mildew it’s just things I feel could have been better taken care of before I moved in to make my experience better. I don’t wanna renew my lease I’ll find somewhere else to move to in April when my lease is up

It's good to see that management is finally getting things done around the apartments like painting lines on the parking lot and installing fire advert on the stoves. They still need to make better improvements inside the apartments with maintenance fixing things properly. The hot water takes way to long to get hot and I have brought this up several times to the rental office and maintenance and nothing is being done to correct it. It's been an issue since we moved in here six months ago. It shouldn't be taking 4 minutes for the water to get hot in the kitchen and the bathroom. The warm water cycle for the washer doesn’t even get warm or hot at all. Sounds like a boiler system problem. They fix everything outside, just not enough inside.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Skylark Pointe. I have been here since 2016, and have had very few problems. Of the problems I did have, they were resolved pretty quickly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and thank God, most of the neighbors are considerate and clean.

Music levels in cars day and night have been really bad and also in the building well after 10:00 pm. Have called the police 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Otherwise the complex keeps up with maintaining the property.

I really love the location and the apartment set up is really great. I moved in during the height of COVID so there were limits on some things but since then management has addressed most of the concerns I had originally. My floors were not replaced but I have also not asked again because I now have furniture in the sun room off the kitchen and it would be hard for them to replace that. Maintenance normally responds in a timely manner & repairs anything I submit a request about. I would like to see the playgrounds redone but the other amenities are good. We only had one open pool this year and that was tough. I'm hoping next summer the other will also be available. We do pay a monthly amenity fee so I'm hoping they'll upgrade the playgrounds & open the other pool. The complex does take care of the grounds and I'm very happy with that. They did landscaping & put in plants and rose bushes. They also restriped the parking lot. This is a nice community to live in and I would recommend it.

The floors can be very creaky at times but other than that it's a very nice place with great residents. The gym is never stocked with cleaning supplies so there's never any way to wipe down equipment.

We moved in January this year. The buildings and systems that make them up are old! This is the second water outage where we’ve had no hot water for days, in a month! The power goes out frequently and the “air conditioning” is only on 6 months out of the year. The neighbors are nice and maintenance is quick to respond to some things but we are consistently inconvenienced with nothing more than an “oops, sorry” to show for it. It’s getting exhausting to pay rent for a place where there seems to be always something. It’s not as organized and easy living as they portray, we wish it was!

The apartment was clean and well maintained upon move in. The square footage and lay out are as advertised. The internet bundled with the rent is a plus.

Pro: all of the office staff is friendly, and tries to help upon request, the rent is reasonable for the size of the apartments, super pet friendly, and the amenities are good. Con: communication is POOR. we have had several maintenance issues (some major some minor) and we would have to call several times a day sometimes to get an update; we went OVER A MONTH without a washing machine because of this and had to spend money out of our own pockets to go to the Laundromat. additionally, there is a lack of care for the apartment buildings overall - trash is frequently left in the stairwells, appliances are dated, door hinges and cracks in walls are painted over in stead of fixed. We are in a basement property currently, and there is a huge humidity problem to the point where mold was growing on our belongings, and maintenance's suggestion was for us to buy dehumidifiers....

Maintenance is amazing! The staff has been great these past 6 months. The grounds are always kept pristine. The activities that the community has during the year is wonderful.

It's quiet and clean, The people I've met are nice and friendly! Rent is ok, but I don't like the forced amenity fee They gave me new carpet which is sweet!.

Better than the other complex I formerly loved at but still room for improvements. Generally speaking staff and residents are friendlier which is much appreciated. Apartment itself has so many maintenance issues and trash around my building is always excessive. I also wish there was more pet waste stations, or ones that actually had trash cans.

I love the neighborhood it’s very peaceful I also love how my apartment is set up but I been here for only a month I Been calling and been reporting the same problem over and over again nobody has fix anything. Nobody should have to come home from a long day of work and still deal with these same issues.

Some early issues with my refrigerator that took a long time to address, but overall I'm happy with the complex and staff. The maintenance crew is top notch.

Quiet neighborhood, nice people. Been here for 2 years. Always had to constantly call maintenance half the time had to wait 3-5 days for them to come out. My apt always had some kind of water leak problem whether the kitchen or bathroom faucet. The washing machine breaking down waiting a week for it to get fixe. Then the vents would leak when the air conditioner was on… which produced mold. And it was on 3 rooms of the apartments vent. They wiped 1/3 vents and the master bedroom vent mold grew so bad out of the vent it starting growing to other parts of the walls. And mold is microbial. And I have 2 children and health problems. Never had really any issues fixed. And the mice were a problem too with a hole in the wall.

Great place to live . Quite friendly environment spacious apartment. Safe place to live gym and pool area very nice. Maintenance always friendly and come out when you send a request repair order in.

I have experienced a number of issues since being here, nothing is ever properly resolved. There is zero follow up by maintenance and they never return to finish fixing what they started.

Unsure of what counts as 5 star but w’re pretty happy with our tenancy. The staff is kind and approachable and understanding, we love the amenities (especially the pool, bring back Revere Pool!) and the maintenance has been fairly helpful in taking care of our needs. Til recently it’s seemed pretty safe, very kid-friendly.
