Property Ratings at Skylar Pointe
I wouldnt recommend this property to a homeless person! They dont fix anything, i have been here since Oct24 with work orders that still havent been completed. Air has been out for a month
I moved in about a month ago and the apartments are nice and affordable. I have no complaints about the staff or maintenance. The grounds are well kept, love the peace and quiet and the country scenery. From my experience thus far, I would recommend Wellston Ridge!!!!!
I currently live at welston ridge apartment homes and love them. The apartments are located in a great part of town with lots of businesses near by. The apartment staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious inside with a nice outdoor space as well. The area is very quite and peaceful with lots of nature to enjoy.
The staff has been very friendly from the time I inquired about renting an apartment. Nice, quiet and affordable living. Maintenance has been very time effective when answering requests. I would definitely recommend Wellston Ridge. The scenery is very beautiful and the staff one again is very friendly and professional.
The staff are friendly and quick to help you if there is ever a problem. First day moving in they wanna make sure you are comfortable and that everything works. Would recommend
maintenance is horrible, management is rude...when they are actually in the office. RENTER BEWARE!!! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!
Just moved in(I was told previous tenant moved out unexpectedly I'm sure that this is why) I have no dog and a 4 month old baby, but I have fleas (I am extremely disappointed and unhappy as a new tenant) I really like it here. I just don't think it's fair that I have to keep calling about something that was obviously an issue before I got here . I have mad complaints have been lied to and told that my apt would be bombed, and someone was coming pest control came And left said they would be back the next day. No one came I seen them out here no one came to bomb my apt. I have been having family members come and get my child. (Going on two weeks here) now I am running out of options. I am beyond pissed and disappointed. Wellstone ridge is really nice and peaceful, but management it's not keeping tenants happy and comfortable in our home. Mailboxes are a complete mess. This has made me very emotional to not want my own kid in OUR home for an issue that's not our fault. Now on my day off pest control did not show up and I work from home. Really considering pushing the issue. There has got to be something that can be done, and I will be speaking with someone about this. I shouldn't have to keep calling. Let me not fail to mention when I moved in the carpet stinks, bathroom cold water knob was and still is stripped, my kitchen sink which i just discovered is leaking, and also my air was out. So I went the first weekend here with only cool not cold but cool air blowing out. It was raining couldn't call maintenance cause according to the paper If i have to call maintenance and it's not a certain amount of degrees and air is out "tenant/I would be charged". Its just been a complete mess and I'm becoming very unhappy. Can't invite ppl over cause who wants to be getting ate up by fleas.. something has to be done. Immediately this issue will be pushed..
The location is perfect and its clean and affordable. We just moved in and its a lot of space for the price. We are excited it is right next to the new dog park the city is building. The move in went smooth no complaints, I would recommend
Its bad!! You'll be lied to! Get the run around! Needs major work..
i lo0ve living here but the owners are out of state and maintenance3 and lack of fundsd are a problem....
