Skyhouse Apartments

It has been a while since I’ve moved out. But thought I’d leave a warning to those who may consider this place. It took over 8 months to get a noise complaint handled and addressed with. Over 10+ video evidences, multiple calls and complaints, this was by far one of the most inconsiderate neighbors I have ever had to deal with. Our lease was up by the time this was addressed and action was taken place, so technically nothing was handled as it should’ve been. I have lived in 5 other states, 5 major metropolitan cities and NEVER had to deal with something like this. Standards and expectations should be higher across the board. No matter what type of apartment or community it is.

SkyHouse was great in the beginning; clean, minor noise issues, and complaints were taken care of. Ive been here for almost eight years. Started declining in the last 2 years. It is filthy now, bugs coming up the drain, music blasting at all hours of the night and/or morning, and trash chute overflowing in the weekends with trash smell everywhere. I have a few more months left on my lease I will NOT be renewing. I would consider breaking it, if the I find a place sooner.

Great place to live. The building security, amenities, and location are hard to beat. Most importantly, the entire staff members are very friendly and approachable.

The views are wonderful. I love the design and features of my unit. Ive settled in quite nicely. Thank you to the staff for making my transition so smooth and ensuring that my unit was ready for my move in!

The constant noise and construction in the building is extremely annoying. Seems like weekly we get an email saying that there will be wood repair and we will experience loud noise is nearing the apologize for any inconvenience. Its very inconvenient especially with being in lockdown.

So far maintenance staff and concierge staff have been helpful and amazing and the views from the building are spectacular.

All of the staff members at Skyhouse are very welcoming and make no hesitation to assist with your needs. They are always smiling always giving acknowledgment. The tenants here are also just as welcoming!

Skyhouse Orlando is in a fantastic location downtown, the people are nice, the views are fantastic and it's central to just about everything you need.

Wonderful place to live. Safe environment, social neighbors, responsible office management, it's great here.

Great location and amenities. Apartments have great views and plenty of natural light.

The move in process was smooth. I was assisted by staff to get utilize everything that I could to make things easier for me!

The whole process of moving in was easy and simple. There is nothing bad to say about Skyhouse at all so far. I absolutely love living here.

Prior to my move downtown, I toured 4 or 5 other apartment complexes and I just didn't feel I was getting what my sums of money worth. The value that Skyhouse is incomparable to any other complex. The staff is overwhelming friendly!

Overall great community and security

Elevators are consistently broken. Walls are paper thin. Exposed concrete ceilings reverberate the noise from unscheduled construction. Signed a lease in September, 2018 and ready to find another home in December, 2018 They claim of “luxury high rise” but it’s more like an overpriced metropolitan apartment.

I really enjoy living here. Its a beautiful building, and is a great place for entertaining friends and family.

SkyHouse was definitely an experience to remember. Dustin was an amazing leasing agent which made the whole process a lot easier and allowed me to make my decision.

SkyHouse is amazing. The community from management to residents are welcoming and friendly. It is in walking distance of so much entertainment. I have a beautiful view from my apartment. I love the amenities! The security and care of the property are just bonuses I love it here.

Ive lived at Skyhouse Orlando for the past almost 5 years and I still Love my apartment as the first day I moved in. The main reason I love skyhouse is the actual apartment and the layout. I walk In and I dont Feel like Im in an apartment but rather a cool urban styled house. This along with the location are what keeps me resigning my lease year after year!

Skyhouse Orlando is one of the newest, cleanest, and most modern tower style apartment communities in Downtown Orlando. The views are great and the floor plans maximize the amount of floor to ceiling windows you have, thus taking advantage of the nearby views. I'd recommend Skyhouse to anyone searching for a new apartment downtown.

Great facility everything you need, moving in was very easy, nice staff.

Although the amenities are great, the location, management, and noise levels are very poor. I lived at SkyHouse for two and a half years and experienced many problems. Management is only there for your money. For instance, charging $1,360.00 in liquidated damages for a small carpet stain and a few scuff marks. The garage is nice, when the gates work. Which isn't very often. The walls and windows (which have shattered 14 floors up many times) are paper thin, so you'll hear everything. Especially on the weekend. Communication with management is poor as well. I would recommend looking at a different complex.

I have a lot of experience dealing with luxury high rise residential from LA to ATL and everyone's great until you've signed that lease and they know your committed. I have gotten that "mean girls" clique vibe so I'm not expecting the BFF club to send me an invite to "sit with the cool kids". Does anyone else ever get the feeling that these young ladies are looking down there noses at prospective tenants? I love that I'm being judged by recent high-school grad who could never afford the rent I'm looking at dishing out. Someone should remind these agents that they aren't guarding people from getting in and that, dare I say, they WORK in the office and most likely don't own the building... So I didn't sprinkle sugar this review; truth=learning opportunity.

Every apartment has its up's and downs. This place is great for being brand new. Rent prices are high for the location and size of apartments. Staff changes frequently and walls are thin. Pool could be heated a little warmer. The gym is great for an apartment gym! This place is a easy walk home from the night life. Over all it's not a bad place.
