Skye is a warm inviting community. I have enjoyed getting to know all the people. I especially love the diversity. Also the location is amazing. I can easily walk to the downtown square and attend free concerts, great restaurants, and see lots of dog walkers.

This is a great place to be if you want to live near Town Center. Lots to do with walking trails and restaurants nearby. Its very dog friendly as well.

I love living here but will admit the cleanliness of the community has slightly gone down. The office staff is still amazing. The proximity to suwanee town center is great and we love the schools. The community host resident events often.

The common areas smell like dog, however all of the amenities/appliances are up to date and the maintenance crew is amazing. The administration is friendly but clearly overworked. There is ample parking and well lit entrances.

great community. Great surrounding. Best place to leave in Suwanee. Suwanee downtown is nearby in walkable distance! Also, Skye Suwanee front office employees are very friendly.

Absolute gem of a place to live. I would recommend living here to any of my family and friends. The folks that run the property management office are absolutely amazing. They are always super responsive, friendly, and professional. The facilities staff keep this place looking clean and beautiful every single day. The amenities are top-notch and it’s just a short walk to town center which is also a wonderful bonus. If you have a dog, they will love it here. There are trails close by and lots of fun things to see on your walks.

The maintenance is good but the cleaning people don’t clean as often also the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything even dogs barking all the time.

Overall, it has been a decent experience with a few exceptions. This is by far the one of the best locations in the Suwanee area.I would recommend this apartment to friends and family for sure.

The community is great. The leasing consultant, Shelly, is outstanding at customer service. She is always ready to help or answer any questions I have. The gym is super clean and has an adequate amount of exercise equipment. The work spaces are also very comfortable and there are great for meetings.

Amenities are great! Gym have all the essential equipment. I love Octane Fitness which is side swinger and this the 1st time using it! Gym is 2 story high. Also have Business meeting center pool and party space, game room, and coffee lounge. Overall it is great

Just moved in and everything is nice. The apartment is excellent and neighbors seem very nice. Office staff is very helpful and very friendly.

Of all of the places in Suwanee, this is the friendlies and highest quality apartment complex in an area. Living here close to two years I highly recommend. I would recommend this apartment for a lot of reasons. Mainly the people are nice and there are plenty of dogs. I’d really like one of my own but I can’t get one at the moment. Until then, theres so many adorable puppies to see and interact with. The front office is really nice, and they will help you with anything you need. Unfortunately, Ive had to call maintenance a bunch of times but tgey are always super helpful.

Past year staying here with my family it has been excellent. The management team are quick to act and Jonathan is the best. We love the gym , and the swimming pool.

I love living here, the valet trash is iffy sometimes and the walls are thin but outside of that, it is clean and a nice place to stay! the amenities are cool.

Used to be a nice place but it's getting worse. Valet trash is not reliable anymore. Pool parties beyond midnight almost every weekend. The location is great though.

So far it is amazing! The neighbors are all so nice and I feel so safe in this community! The front office is excellent and so responsive. The noise level is at a minimum. People respect that there are others that reside here and I really appreciate that!

Skye Suwanee is an amazing place to live. Very modern and beautiful! Close to many activities. It’s clean and smells great)) Has enough place for parking. Neighbors are nice and friendly.
