I enjoy my unit. My employment has me traveling eastern Pennsylvania so it’s a great location with easy access to the Turnpike or back roads along with route 422 easy access to the main line for fine dining yet the building is more private as I prefer over the congestion of the town center

The maintenance at Skye 750 is great and they've done a good job to improve things that need improvement in the building (the package room for example). I like that they're easy to contact and will answer emails or calls in a timely manner.

I love living here. Everyone is so kind, from the neighbors to the workers in the leasing office. The spaces are very clean and the dogs are all very friendly.

Amazing community and apartment homes. I have tried to get into Skye for 2 years and it was so hard because it appears no one ever leaves. Management team is amazing and knows our names. Recently moved here the end of July. I was very hesitant at first because of all of the reviews online. Like anything else I knew it was best to get my own opinion on everything. What really sold me was my tour with Lenny, he made me feel so at home and I immediately applied. I had other tours set up but didn’t even bother to visit the other places. I also got a chance to connect with Brianna from the office who was really helpful as well. Despite the reviews people left for Sarah, she has been a huge help in this entire process for me as well. Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Skye 750.
Skye 750 has water issues nearly every year and it’s ridiculous. We didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks and when I would contact to ask when it would get fixed, they’d say it’d be the next day over and over again and it still wouldn’t be fixed. For the price that these rooms are at, I would much rather pay the same elsewhere and not have to deal with cold water during WINTER. When I was first moving in, i had to call at least 20 times just to talk to someone. Someone would take a message and say they’re going to call back, and never would. That should’ve been my first sign that this place doesn’t care about the people who live here. And once I had signed my lease, I’d call to ask about room details since I lived out of state and they just simply wouldn’t pick up. I don’t recommend this place due to its poor care for their tenants.

I moved to the area not knowing anything or anyone, upon touring Skye 750 I felt an overwhelming sense of community and belonging. Living here the past two years, the original impression I got has not changed, if only gotten better. The staff and management is a large contributor to this, in addition to the overall style/ feel of the apartment building, unit, and amenities. I wish I could take the complex, along with all the staff, and transplant them to the next city I will be moving to.

I’ve enjoyed living at Skye 750. The amenities here are top-notch - everything from the modern gym to the relaxing pool area is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The interior of the apartments is equally impressive, with stylish finishes and a layout that feels both functional and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. Whether it’s a quick maintenance request or a warm greeting in the lobby, they consistently go above and beyond. If I had one suggestion, it would be to host more community events. The few organized were fun and a great way to connect with neighbors. More of those would make this place even better. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend Skye 750 to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

This is my review for potential tenants of Skye 750. I strongly advise against even considering renting an apartment here. I’m currently in my second year, which will end in February 2025, and here are some key issues I’ve encountered: Water Problems: There are frequent and severe water issues. At times, hot water is unavailable for months, and on other occasions, the water supply is shut off for days under the pretext of maintenance. Family Concerns: If you have a family, I strongly urge you not to rent here. Maintenance Issues: When you request maintenance, the staff often treats you as if you’re at fault. Poor Management: The management has changed at least three times in the past two years, and the staff is consistently unfriendly. They make empty promises to resolve issues, but nothing ever gets done. Washer Problem: I reported an issue with my washer eight months ago, and no effective solution has been provided. Shockingly, one maintenance worker even suggested replacing all my clothes instead. There are numerous ongoing issues, and unfortunately, the management and staff seem to believe that I’m making false complaints rather than addressing the problems

Hot water has been an ongoing issue here. They keep fixing the water system due to its quality. They recently did a maintenance and we have no water at all from 10am to 6pm.

It is a quiet apartment. I love living here. However, dog owners should be reminded to ask their dogs to pee in a designated area. The side door next to the dog park always smells bad.

It’s an apartment building. There are some people very nice. Then there’s people who walk their dog and don’t pick the poop up and of course it’s by my balcony so it always smells. Then you have neighbors who are extremely loud and inconsiderate

Overall we’ve had a relatively good experience. We do love the staff and the maintenance staff responds so quickly. It’s also very very clean which as a neat freak I really appreciate. My only complaints are regarding the pool. There have been multiple nights where people will be using it at 11, 12:00 at night and are very loud so it disturbs other residents. The other major issue is the lack of control of how many outside guests residents bring in. It’s a small pool to begin with and it’s very unfair when some residents have been bringing in over five guests (and there have been many times so far) who are taking chairs and space away from paying residents.

Apartment hasn’t been bad or perfect. Some issues on move-in and normal maintenance requests. Otherwise it’s been pretty good living at skye.

There were a lot of issues initially. The gym was not functional and there was no hot water for a month. Lack of transparency in charges and I also had a package get stolen. Apartment is great though.
